Once at home, she was quick to identify when Mum's needs changed and what was right for our family and flexed the team and care around it. I can't recommend the manager and her team enough, she supported Mum and me through what could have been a much more difficult time, but instead, it was peaceful and caring. Thank you!

From the time Angel Holistic Care came into our neighbour's life to when he passed away, we saw kindness, attentiveness, and care were second to none and so approachable. Dignity was given to the highest standard and a smile and happiness were brought into what was a sad situation. Our neighbour and friend were able to live out his days in his own home surrounded by his memories and wonderful Art.

The word 'holistic' is so very appropriate. From the very beginning, the approach of AHC has been 100% attentive and geared to the client's needs, wishes, expectations, and hopes. A true effort is made to match the carer to the 'client'. We have the experience of 2 carers (main and relief carer) and both have been excellent: caring, professional, organised, reliable, with a will to please, and coping serenely and calmly with relatively difficult situations. The family can therefore also feel serene.

The initial settling-in period was quite strained, but as the communication links developed we found that the service provided started to develop and we are more than satisfied with the care provision.

Dad desperately wanted to be able to go home after a spell in a care home. We knew he would need a live-in carer if this was going to work. Angel Holistic Care were very knowledgeable and helpful in making this happen and my dad was so content to be back in familiar surroundings. Nothing was too much trouble for Angel Care. They sorted everything that he needed; bed, equipment and advised on room layout. The communication was excellent and the carers provided were experienced and kind. They understood my anxiety and calmly supported the family. My dad was very grateful for all they did for him.

I’ve never wanted to write a review before but felt that I really needed to share my experience we as a family had with Angel Holistic Care with other worried family members looking for a caring, reliable, empathetic team of carers. We went through quite a few companies before finding the angels (what my family call them) and we are so glad we did. My grandad was our world and their team of carers cared for him just the way you would for your own family member which meant everything to us. Apart from the actual physical care and management of all aspects of end-of-life care their communication with our family was outstanding and this takes away the stress of not knowing what is going on on a daily basis, something other companies lacked. We will forever be grateful for all you did during those hard days and we highly recommend Angel Holistic Care.

Angel Holistic Care is a remarkable company providing exceptional care and support for a very special elderly friend. What started as meal assistance and a friendly face once a week, grew to full palliative, end-of-life care in order to fulfil wishes of remaining at home whilst staying safe. I witness a strong sense of trust in the care and how the caregivers go above and beyond. Always keeping a positive, smiling attitude, whilst consistently tailoring the care to meet the ever-growing, ever-changing needs of this amazing elderly gent who has clearly loved his care. What sets this company apart is their ability to adapt extremely quickly to changing needs and emergencies with an exceptional level of communication, whilst remaining calm, caring, reassuring genuine, emphatic and respectful. They are truly an asset to the healthcare industry and I have no doubt that they will continue to make a positive impact on the lives of their clients for years to come.

It is a pleasure to write this review as my experience with Angel Holistic Care has been positive throughout. They are caring for a very elderly relative of mine who has dementia. In my view, it is essential that he remains at home for as long as possible as his one remaining pleasure is looking at the myriad of watercolour paintings that adorn its walls (each of which he painted and has special memories). The attentive and flexible support that Angel Holistic Care provides is making this possible. On a day-to-day basis, they are wonderful but when it comes to the inevitable crises that crop up, they are simply outstanding. They spot problems early, intervene quickly and adapt the care they provide to match the situation. I cannot speak too highly of Angel Holistic Care.

Angel Holistic Care have provided my father with an absolutely outstanding service throughout the time he has been in decline, becoming increasingly immobile though never losing his sharp mind or wicked sense of humour! The staff are always utterly respectful of his wishes and mindful of practicalities and are very easy to deal with. I really cannot recommend them highly enough for helping Dad achieve what he wanted, which is to end his days being cared for in his own home. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart!

The carers are observant and diligent while also kindly engaging with the client. The client is centre stage and they do their utmost to enable the client to feel valued, and independent but also safe and supported. They use gentle persuasion when necessary and balance providing exactly what the client wants with what the client needs. We like and trust all the caregivers with Angel Holistic Care and are so grateful that we found them! Our mother is happy and secure at home because of the help and has positive relationships with all the carers, whom she has come to know personally and is pleased to feel she has them as friends as well as assistants. The past two years have been anxious and finally, the care has enabled the level of anxiety to subside and we are all benefitting. When we visit mum we are able to be relaxed and so is she.

Happy with the service I receive from Angel Holistic especially as we are outside the catchment area. It would be good if they had more than one male carer as my mother prefers males. One carer, in particular, is excellent and I am really happy that Angel Holistic have been able to schedule him to be the overall carer for my mother.

Angel Holistic Care provide help and support for my father who is in his late 80s and currently in remission from cancer, whilst he cares for my mother in her early 80s and suffering from Alzheimer's disease. My sister and I live in London, two-and-a-half hours away, and although we spend as much time with them as possible, we both have busy lives, which makes permanent support difficult. The support that Angel Holistic Care give our parents enables two fiercely independent people to remain living at home, giving all of us the peace of mind that in a crisis they will be on hand to help. They are flexible, kind, understanding and above all human. Anyone with any experience of living with a parent with Alzheimer's will know how difficult a journey it is to navigate, and the care and support they bring is full of experience, knowledge and humour. We feel extremely blessed to have them and couldn't recommend them more. They are very aptly named!

Excellent care provided by caring and friendly staff who are also very prompt and reliable. Would (and have already done) recommend to others. Were excellent when I came out of hospital following a stroke.

Angel Holistic Care has made all the difference to our lives. We look forward to their friendly and caring visits. We are most impressed with their willingness to do any job. We have recommended them to several friends. It is easier if we get the same carer who knows the form, and also if the times or carers are changed we could always be notified by phone.

From the beginning of our time with Angel Holistic Care, we have always had excellent interactions with every member of the team. From our very first enquiries to the situation we are now in, we always get very quick replies to any questions and if needed, a solution found. At the moment, our needs are relatively low, but it has always been about building relationships for when more help is needed and the understanding of this has been brilliant. We know that when more help is required, we will be able to get it from the outstanding and lovely members of the Angel Holistic Care Team, and just having that knowledge is enormously reassuring. Both of the carers who have helped us so far have been kind, caring, knowledgeable and lovely. As a family, we couldn't ask for more.

I was so grateful to receive such prompt care provided by Angel Holistic Care, especially at a time when private care provision was so scarce. They came up trumps with a care package for Mum immediately, following a next-day assessment. As Mum’s care needs increased, Angel Holistic Care were amazingly able to increase their care to meet these needs, which provided Mum, myself, as her main carer, and family much relief. I will never forget the wonderful compassion and care the whole carer team gave my Mum and the administrative back-up was always there, with their understanding and practical support, whenever I rang them, which could be quite often! The manager has been such a wise, unbiased, and empathic supporting guide for me, in helping me to choose what was best for Mum. I thank her and her team very much from the bottom of my heart for all their help and support, which, for both me and Mum, was exceptionally outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Angel Holistic Care are exceptional. They provide care to my Father on a daily basis but it’s truly “holistic” as they are also there for my sister and I - helping us to navigate and deal with the many challenges and often difficult decisions that come with supporting an ageing parent living alone. They are caring, positive, and fun and are always looking for a solution if there is a problem. We are very lucky to have them.

I can't ever thank Angel Holistic Care enough for everything they did for my father, my mother, and myself as we were suddenly faced with the very distressing situation of having to care for my 97-year-old father at home in the last week of his life. I never realised the frustrating and often distressing hoops that have to be gone through to enable a loved one to die at home. The staff tirelessly guided, helped, and supported me navigate the system - at the same time as caring for my father - who had vascular dementia - and supporting my 90-year-old mother. Their knowledge, professionalism, love, and care knew no bounds and was, without doubt, a major contributor to my father being able to die peacefully at home, out of pain, and surrounded by his family. I cannot recommend them enough.

The whole team went above and beyond the call of duty. Right from the first meeting, they were professional, knowledgeable, kind, and sensitive. This attitude made what could have been an extremely stressful situation much more bearable. I could not recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much.
