A custom, personalised service which is so important in this sector. Communicating with the main office is easy and feels very personal. The individual is treated as such and not just another client. Transferring from a different level of care and other services was handled sensitively with understanding for all parties; much appreciated when personal relationships are involved. Small tweaks to the service in the early days were accepted with enthusiasm. Requests are taken seriously and handled swiftly. Carers are also proactive in noticing and suggesting amendments or new ideas, which is appreciated by the family who do not live in the same area. These comments are also designed to give the client a more enjoyable quality of life, not just things to make the care service smoother or easier for staff. Liaising with all staff is a pleasure, making the whole family feel that our mother is being looked after not just by professionals but an extended family.

The end-of-life care provided by your carers was second to none. The carers were kind and very well informed. It made what would otherwise have been a very difficult time much more bearable. And finding people who my father would tolerate, and in fact like, was amazing.

Angel Holistic Care team are fantastic. Always there to help and support when needed and willing to ensure that the best is provided for my father. They have been adaptable when it has been needed and show fantastic care and a true interest in wanting the best for my father. Living a distance away gives me great peace of mind that he is being cared for in the best possible way. Simply put they are the best team and I would recommend them over and over.

We are at the very start of our relationship with Angel Holistic care. There have therefore been only a limited number of meetings/care sessions. However, to date we are very pleased with the care my mother is receiving. Carers appear to be attentive, respectful, and mindful of her and our wishes. A sense of humour and genuine attitude also help a great deal. We are beginning to relax into the Angel Holistic Care relationship and all the signs are that we shall be very pleased with the care my mother receives. It is very early days for a 'rating'.

I am very happy with all the carers looking after my husband. They are very professional and very interested in the well-being of my husband. They are always cheerful! If they notice anything wrong, they mention it to me and to the management, who then take the appropriate measures to remedy the problem. I can talk to them about my husband’s vascular dementia, as I am learning all the time about the quirks of that disease. Also, if I needed to go away to visit my family in France, it would be possible to have a live-in carer, as I cannot leave my husband alone to fend for himself. It is also very nice to know that the carers are 100% trustworthy. Long may Angel Holistic Care continue their good work! Thank you very much.

I started using Angel Holistic Care at the end of July 2021 when my mother's Alzheimer's took a turn for the worse and I realised I was going to need some help in caring for her. I was particularly keen to find a locally-based agency as I had read many less than favourable reviews of some national agencies and I was very concerned to try and find the best care I could for my mother. From the outset, I have been really impressed with all aspects of Angel Holistic Care. The carers are lovely and give me peace of mind - and some welcome regular breaks from the responsibility of needing to be 'on call' for my mother. I am able to feel confident and reassured that my mother is in safe hands and is being well looked after. She enjoys her time with the carers who take a real interest in her when they talk to her, making her feel special and well cared for.

My mother left hospital after 3 weeks and needed full-time care to be able to return home. From the very first call we made to Angel Holistic Care and the continuing journey we are on with them, we have been supported, advised, and helped by each member of the team we have met. Every member of staff has treated mum with respect and kindness and has helped to make this difficult transition from independence to care, as smooth as possible. The carer herself could not try harder to ensure that mum is cared for and safe. Everyone involved with Angel Holistic Care goes above and beyond in all sorts of ways big and small that have made it possible for Mum to come home from hospital to her own home. We can't thank them enough.

I suffered acute injuries following a car accident and coming home from hospital, living alone was a daunting prospect. I am normally fit and have a dog and suddenly the most mundane of daily activities felt impossible. Then with the help of a friend, we went through the list of care agencies that would best suit my needs. As I am relatively young and used to my independence it was challenging to think of someone coming into my home and doing normal things I would do but the help is proving to be invaluable. My state of mind is so much better since I have had the benefit of the wonderful carers who come in, are easy to be with, helpful with anything I need doing, and seem to genuinely care for me and my well-being. I feel almost spoilt having them here and they are helping me immensely with my recovery as with having support from the carers my recovery feels as though it's going to move along more quickly than had I decided not to get help. A big thank you to everyone.

For the past months, during some of the toughest lockdown restrictions, Angel Holistic Care has looked after my father daily, to a wonderfully high standard, attending to his various medical issues and giving him valuable social interaction. Their care has allowed him to remain living in his own home - a high priority for him. He particularly enjoys being driven around the local countryside and admiring the views and remembering walks he used to enjoy in his younger days. The manager's experience as a nurse means she can be consulted and respond to issues, both routine and urgent, and that gives our family great reassurance. We are updated regularly with staff rotas and other issues which affect his care. It is a great example of a dedicated, well run local service. I highly recommend them.

Angel Holistic Care has been supporting my Godparents, who have early stages of Alzheimer's, since January 2021 and have been amazing. The whole team, from the office staff to the carers provide the most exceptional care and support. They are professional, sensitive, considerate and constantly work with me and my Godparents to find solutions and assist them to adapt to the changes and challenges facing them. Everything about their service is personable, and nothing is too much trouble. They place the client needs at the centre of all they do, which is such a comfort. We simply could not cope without them. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Angel Holistic Care to anyone. They provide outstanding and exemplary service, and I am exceptionally grateful to the whole team.

Care is personal, tailored to the individual and professional. My mum has been very happy with all the care provided and she was very reluctant to allow a carer to live in initially now she seems relaxed and calm and very trusting of the live-in carer. This has all been especially important in the last year or two as I, her daughter, live in Australia and our usual twice-yearly catch-ups have been impossible due to Covid. I sleep well at night over here in Australia knowing that she is well cared for in the UK and will be until I do manage to visit her again when allowed with Covid. That peace of mind is vital when I am not able just to call in and check on her. I hope to visit her in 2022 and that will be 3 years since I was last there. I really wouldn’t know what to do if it weren’t for the live-in carer/manager overseeing everything. They have been wonderful and I trust them completely.

We were informed that a live-in carer had been allocated to tend to our son. Living in Scotland we were a bit apprehensive of this but knew our son was needing end-of-life care. The male carer duly arrived and was immediately and definitely given the 'thumbs up' by both patient, his wife and young son. We received a concerning telephone call and we travelled from Scotland. We met the carer. He was absolutely exactly who our son needed, but not only our son but for us all. There must have been lots of thought from Angel Holistics in appointing this particular carer to look after this household. My husband and I (both OAPs) were amazed by his professionalism, his friendliness and his concern and helpfulness. Nothing was too much bother. When our son passed away, this carer was so caring, so aware of our loss. We would highly recommend this carer. God Bless him.

Angel Holistic have been providing care for my 90-year-old father for some months and we can't recommend them highly enough. Their professionalism and genuine care was evident from the moment they became involved. They are exceptionally thorough, flagged up health concerns correctly, the carers were always punctual and very personable and kind. My dad has loved having the team around and we, the family, have felt greatly reassured knowing they were looking after him. The team at the office are also fantastic. They always respond to messages immediately and provide solutions to problems as soon as they occur. We honestly can't speak more highly of Angel Holistic. We've dealt with several care agencies for dad over the last year or so and Angel Holistic really stands apart.

I cannot recommend Angel Holistic Care highly enough, both the office staff and carers have been so accommodating to the care needs of my Mum and their visits made such a difference to her day and routine. Had it not been for a change in our circumstances we would continue to use them.

I needed a live-in carer for two weeks following a cycling accident. My carer was provided at extremely short notice, his colleague having gone sick the day the care package was due to start. Duties included getting me up in the morning (including help with showering) and putting me to bed at the end of the day. Also preparing a midday sandwich as well as cooking a meal in the evening. Additional duties included shopping as well as washing and putting away clean clothes and bedding. Nothing was too much trouble throughout the fortnight. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone in a similar situation to my own. All Angel Holistic Care staff that I have had contact have been extremely helpful and friendly.

We have nothing but praise for Angel Holistic Care. From the point of the first contact, they have provided an excellent service, making every effort to provide the right care for my disabled brother as he began to recover from an accident and nasty shoulder fracture which made living independently impossible. The employee who provided 24/7 live-in care for 2 weeks managed a difficult role with tact, compassion and kindness, providing input focussed on re-ablement and not dependency. This care played a central part in helping my brother regain confidence and begin to learn new ways of staying safe in his own home. Angel Holistic Care bent over backwards to contribute to a domiciliary care package once his live-in care finished until we were able to make longer term plans with another agency. At every stage, their input has seemed focussed on the needs of the client, on doing the best they can for the person who needs their help. An inspiring organisation.

I would not hesitate to recommend Angel Holistic Care to anyone needing care for a loved one.

The manager's District Nursing background meant she is wired in to local services and it was also a great comfort to us to be able to discuss any medical worries we had for Mum. One staff member is always on hand in the office and is efficient, kind and good-hearted. Detailed weekly carers notes were emailed to the family. Any issues were dealt with quickly and professionally. Angel Holistic Care are excellent.
