Angel Holistic Care are a small, professional team that provides bespoke domiciliary care in and around North Dorset. Being a small provider, Angel Holistic Care keeps continuity between carer and client, building a strong bond and trust.

Angel Holistic Care ensures that they care for each individual as they would do for their own family members, working together to enable clients to live as independently as possible in the comfort of their own homes.

Angel Holistic Care provided night time care for our mother when she was bedridden. Their level of care was extremely high and their staff were sensitive, kind and attentive throughout the entire time they looked after our mother, who tended to become particularly agitated and anxious at night, so it
was not an easy job. She required constant reassurance, and the Angel Holistic Care staff always gave her their full attention, no matter what time of night it was. They kept the family fully up to date with what had happened throughout the night, via regular email reports. Their staff wore full PPE at all times, including masks, gloves and aprons. They provided a daytime and out of hours telephone service and were always accessible and easy to contact when needed. Their customer care is excellent. I would definitely recommend this company.

The manager came into our lives when we needed her the most and ensured my father was looked after with dignity and compassion at the end of his life. My mother has likened her to an angel, in fact we all have! And the night carers who looked after my Dad were equally amazing and supported him and us,
through a truly terrible time. The manager is hugely experienced and doesn't mind rolling her sleeves up and doing whatever needs to be done to help patients and their family.

Our uncle previously resisted all offers of help, even though he was struggling on his own. Once Angel's team were involved, they took the lead in sorting out many issues to allow him to remain in his own home, taking a lot of pressure off the family. His house was in much better shape, he had regular
meals, help with caring for himself plus the thing he really wanted - company. He really enjoyed being fussed over by his team and felt much more confident being at home, no longer afraid of dark nights alone.
Contact with his family was helped tremendously by the carers using video calls, plus regular photos of him out and about enjoying lunch and ice creams. Even during lockdown, the team made the effort to take him out for drives so he wasn’t completely cut off from the outside world. They also provided a variety of games to keep up mental stimulation.
The last 6 months of his life were dramatically improved and we will always be grateful to the manager and the team for this.
