Angel Holistic Care

Angel Holistic Care provided night time care for our mother when she was bedridden. Their level of care was extremely high and their staff were sensitive, kind and attentive throughout the entire time they looked after our mother, who tended to become particularly agitated and anxious at night, so it was not an easy job. She required constant reassurance, and the Angel Holistic Care staff always gave her their full attention, no matter what time of night it was. They kept the family fully up to date with what had happened throughout the night, via regular email reports. Their staff wore full PPE at all times, including masks, gloves and aprons. They provided a daytime and out of hours telephone service and were always accessible and easy to contact when needed. Their customer care is excellent. I would definitely recommend this company.

The manager came into our lives when we needed her the most and ensured my father was looked after with dignity and compassion at the end of his life. My mother has likened her to an angel, in fact we all have! And the night carers who looked after my Dad were equally amazing and supported him and us, through a truly terrible time. The manager is hugely experienced and doesn't mind rolling her sleeves up and doing whatever needs to be done to help patients and their family.

The last 6 months of his life were dramatically improved and we will always be grateful to the manager and the team for this.
