Very prompt in responding at the very start which was an emergency and continue to be excellent trying to assist and provide extra care as and when needed. Most of the staff have been excellent acting on initiative and supply great care to my dad and have become friends to us all and willing to assist outside of their remit.

My Mum has been cared for since last summer by Embrace. Initially, I was worried that she would not take to strangers going into her home but due to their caring approach, my Mum now looks forward to their visits. I now have a piece of mind that my Mum has taken her tablets, has had a bath and has eaten a good meal as well as giving her any other support she may need. There have also been occasions when she has been taken out for a coffee which she has really enjoyed. What has also been invaluable is an app which has been set up for me and my sister so we can see how the visits have been. I would be more than happy to recommend their service.

Professional and efficient service, my 91-year-old father is very comfortable and happy with the Embrace team. They make sure all important details are attended to and still have time to make a cup of tea and have a chat.

I have been extremely pleased with the way the Embrace carers are looking after mum. They always treat her with respect even though she is often reluctant to have assistance (she doesn't realise how much help she needs as she has Dementia). They interact with mum on the things she loves such as cricket and football. They're also great at keeping mum looking preened by keeping her hair nice and making sure her nails are clean and tidy which is not easy when she is so independent. They keep the house clean and hygienic and provide hearty home-cooked meals. I don't know how or even if I would have managed without them, they may not have been able to save me going grey but they have saved my sanity. They're a part of the family now and I will never be able to show them how much I appreciate what they have done for us.

Great care is given to my mother, always go above and beyond, I now have peace of mind that she gets her medication on time, that she has a proper meal and is safe when I can't be there. Thank you

Great service and staff, I would really recommend them. They look after my grandma really well and value her as a client. She looks forward to visits, just having a chat and a cup of tea. After changing the care company she feels that she has found a friend in her new carer.

With living down south away from my elderly parents, I needed to find someone I could trust to make sure mum and dad could get to appointments (dad has just been registered blind so can't drive anymore). We came across Embrace Home Care through a friend, I looked on the website and called them, I spoke to a lovely helpful girl.
