The carers are very kind to my parents, they talk to my mum even though she is unable to respond and always make an effort to talk to my dad and ask if they can do anything else to help out. They both feel comfortable with them.
Would recommend this company to other service users.
The carers appear to have a good rapport with my mum. Timings of visits are not constant or reliable, so it is not always easy to see a carer. They are competent and reliable. Housekeeping is of a good standard.
Mostly all of the carers are kind and helpful. Especially the ones I have regularly. They are excellent. Go out of their way to help. I'm so grateful for the care and little chats while they care for me. Being on my own, it makes such a difference. My grateful thanks to all.
Excellent service all around. A very caring team and any issues sorted out immediately. Fuchsia Homecare Cambridge are fantastic and I would always highly recommend them. I certainly appreciate all they do for my mother.
I feel that the carers looking after my mum have done a great job, they've been polite, courteous, patient and very compassionate. At first, we were concerned that the language could be a barrier but all the carers have been relatively fluent.
Having never been in need of personal care in our home, it was a relief to have carers who cheerfully looked after my terminally ill husband with kindness and compassion. We looked forward to their visits, and my husband was relaxed and happy with the way they cared for him. We relied on them to make him clean and comfortable, which they did until he sadly died. I miss them but remember them with gratitude.
The care my husband receives is very compassionate. My husband cannot communicate but the carers are always careful to follow a routine and they know his likes and dislikes. They also explain calmly and clearly what they are doing. They are always polite and discreet and very professional.
We have received excellent care from our main carer who comes most days. She is kind, respectful and generous.
My carers are polite and very helpful. They are always ready to do things to help me. My main carer is a lovely young woman.
Without exception, the staff are kind, caring and considerate. I am always treated with dignity.

I opened Fuchsia Homecare Cambridge in 2018, bringing my passion for quality support into the community. I have 11 years of experience in the care sector and have always aimed to make a real difference in people’s lives. I am compassionate, dedicated, and known for my strong attention to detail. I also hold an NVQ Level 5 qualification, which has strengthened my knowledge and leadership in delivering high-quality care.
Outside of work, I enjoy relaxing by watching football on TV.
I founded Fuchsia Homecare Cambridge in 2018, driven by a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality support within the community. With over 10 years of experience in the care sector, I’m passionate about making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. I’m known for being compassionate, dedicated, and attentive to every detail. As an NVQ Level 5 holder and a qualified trainer, I have strengthened both my professional expertise and my ability to support and develop others in providing exceptional care.
Outside of work, I love anything related to cats.
I have 13 years of experience in the care industry, working in a variety of roles ranging from care worker to office manager. Throughout these years, I have completed extensive training in both managerial and non-managerial areas, allowing me to develop a strong and well-rounded understanding of the sector. I joined Fuchsia Homecare Cambridge in 2024 and have settled into the team very well, bringing my skills, experience, and commitment to high-quality care.
I have 7 years of experience in the care industry, during which I’ve taken on a range of responsibilities that have helped me build strong knowledge and confidence in the field. Over the years, I have completed a variety of training courses, both managerial and non-managerial, which have strengthened my skills and broadened my understanding of quality care.
Since joining Fuchsia Homecare Cambridge in 2022, I have been able to bring my experience and dedication into the office, supporting the team and helping to maintain a high standard of service. I enjoy working closely with colleagues and contributing to a positive and well-organised working environment.
I have 5 years of experience in the care industry, during which I’ve taken on a variety of responsibilities that have strengthened my understanding of quality care. Throughout this time, I’ve completed numerous training courses that have helped me grow both professionally and personally. Most recently, I achieved my training qualification, which now enables me to deliver training and support the development of others within the sector.
Since joining Fuchsia Homecare Cambridge in 2020, I have brought my knowledge, enthusiasm, and practical experience into the office. I work closely with the team to ensure smooth coordination, high standards, and a supportive environment for both staff and clients.
I started this job in December 2025. I am gaining a lot of experience in the care industry.
