The staff are friendly and caring and my grandfather said they bring Sunshine to their lives.
A new manager has started and has been out to visit my grandparents to introduce herself and also see if there were any improvements that could be made. This made them feel valued and they said it was lovely to have a manager come to visit them.
I highly recommend Rings Homecare.
Although my review is for March I can easily say this review is for other months. Terrible service , making my Aunties life awful. Don't seem to even know the basic for example my Aunty asked for her tea ( at teatime ) to be made ...was given a cup of tea, the carer has to repeatedly explained tea is food . Witnessed by myself and my Aunties Sister. That's just a small example of many . There are numerous examples I can give but a more serious example is one carer is being investigated for threatening abusive behaviour to my very vulnerable 95 yr old Aunty. Staff at this company in a Managerial position also terrible with a terrible attitude. Avoid.
All allegations referenced were fully investigated in line with our safeguarding procedures, including review of records, staff discussions, and liaison with relevant professionals. The outcome of this investigation found the concerns to be...
Could not have asked for a better care agency for my grandmother. Staff are very attentive when visiting my grandmother who is very happy with the services they provide. Staff in the office are very friendly over the phone and respond to my queries.
Staff work depending on your needs. Even when we change the visit numerous times they are happy to accommodate. Very friendly. We would definitely advise working with Rings Homecare as they deal with all needs well.
It’s a bit disappointing and the manager says she understands your situation and cares; clearly not - you’ll get told they have a whole load of support workers who work for them but when it comes time to get the support it’s a completely different story you get told by them.
I feel there hasn’t been any passion and enthusiasm from the support workers, it’s all about the money from them and some of them can be offish with you and you can sense this from them. I have struggled with these people.
The manager doesn’t even let you talk to her, above managers or anyone else. It’s like she’s trying to take control of everything and doesn’t take your concerns seriously.
Care staff doing a great job.
Used other firms before, Rings is by far the best.
They always go above and beyond to ensure the client is well looked after.
They have developed good relationships with the client and the people around them, which means the daily working atmosphere is very warm and amicable.
Rings has a good range of caring staff and would be an asset to anybody thinking of a premier caring agency.
