Wellbeing Homecare Services looked after my mother for 7 years until she passed away peacefully at home in April 26. Initially mum just needed help with dressing and taking medication but as her health worsened the level of care increased and the number of calls per day increased to take care of all her needs. Wellbeing take time to get to know the client understand likes and dislikes the times of calls are consistent and they always try to keep the same staff calling to build relationships and trust. This firm don't just do care they take an interest play the music you love and sing along while they care they chat and always go the extra mile. Mums final wish was to pass at home surrounded by family and Wellbeing helped to make this possible with the care they provided they also advised us the family on help we could get both financially and who we could call on. I can't recommend them highly enough and would have no hesitation in asking them to look after your loved ones
They always treat my parents with dignity and respect, and it's clear that they truly care about their wellbeing. Knowing that my mum and dad are in such capable and caring hands gives our whole family real peace of mind.
The carers are reliable, patient, and always go the extra mile to make sure my parents are comfortable, happy, and well looked after. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble.
I can't thank the team enough for everything they do. I would wholeheartedly recommend this care company to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality care for their loved ones. They really do make a difference every single day.
Great communication between Mum, ourselves, the carers, seniors and management.
They go the extra mile and really do care! It's a lovely small team of regular staff that makes such a difference to Mum she knows them really well and in turn they know her and her ways, little things she likes or doesn't. Would highly recommend there services.
My Mum is treated well by all the staff who visit her daily, some are more like friends now who genuinely care about making her as comfortable as possible & go the extra mile with putting washes on etc . Time keeping is very good.
We have used their service in Derby since before Covid. The carers were always so lovely to Mum during the time they came to her for 45 minutes every morning, very professional and happy to sort anything out that she needed. She always looked smart and well cared for, they made sure she'd had her pills and had a chat after dressing her. They put a smile on her face every morning. During Covid they took all necessary precautions to keep her safe. Mum has dementia and they treated her with respect and kindness and never complained when she repeated herself over and over although they heard her stories several times. Over the last few months she had the same 5 carers on her rota who were exceptionally good and felt like part of the family. I always felt that she was in very safe hands when they were there.
Thank you Sheila for your lovely feedback. This will be shared with team, keep well and take care, Many thanks, Michelle
The staff at Wellbeing Homecare Services are kind, helpful, respectful and caring. We always felt confident that Mum was being looked after and were kept updated on any concerns including callers and appointments. They provide an efficient professional service and are flexible to needs offering additional support at short notice if required. The managers Michelle and Sharon were always contactable and willing to chat and give advice where needed. I highly recommend them and would use their services again without hesitation.
Thank you Andrew for your kind words. I will share the feedback with the team, thanks again, Michelle
All the staff at Wellbeing Homecare Services have been kind, helpful, respectful and caring. They have shown patience and sensitivity to my parents who both have dementia. They have kept them safe and updated me with any concerns including callers and appointments to ensure their safety and well-being. Nothing is too much trouble and they go over and above, providing an efficient professional service which our family are very grateful for. They have allowed my parents to remain at home and be independent despite their challenges. I can't recommend them highly enough, from the admin and management team to the lovely carers who visit daily.
Thank you so much for your kind words Sue. From us all at Wellbeing - Caring for your parents, is our absolute pleasure. Thanks again.
When mum came out of hospital we managed to continue having the wellbeing ladies in the mornings and evenings. Our family was very stressed, but the ladies turned up with their expertise, friendly smiles and empathy and life began to get a lot less stressful. I cannot thank everyone at Wellbeing enough for everything that they did in such a professional, caring and friendly way. Thoroughly recommend them.
Thank you for your kind words it means a great deal.
The care provided was compassionate and of a very high quality.
The team were well led and supported by managers.
Each member of Wellbeing Homecare Services respected our home and were so generous of their time and talents, be it washing up a few pots or helping with a little ironing, nothing was too much trouble.
Mums end of life care was delivered with understanding and dignity as well as complete support for myself and my siblings.
We feel blessed to have been fortunate to have had Wellbeing as a part of our journey.
Any failings are quickly resolved to a satisfactory level.
Care and attention to detail are of the highest quality.
The carers are always good time keepers, efficient and kind. Willing to go above and beyond their role by ensuring my care needs are met with a person-centred approach. I would recommend Wellbeing Homecare Services to others as I have previously done so.
The manager and her team looked after my mum for almost a year, which enabled us to fulfil Mum's wishes to stay in her own home.
I felt the carers who visited daily genuinely cared about my mum, and some often went above and beyond what was expected of them.
If you are looking for a caring company to provide a great service for your loved ones, Wellbeing Homecare Services won't disappoint!
I would highly recommend Wellbeing healthcare. The managers and carers went above and beyond to help my mum-in-law. They treated her amazingly. It was such a relief to know she was so well looked after.
Many of the staff had really good friendships with her, and my mum commented on many occasions how cared she felt both in her physical needs as well as in her mental health.
Wellbeing Homecare, is wonderful with Mum and help relieve the guilt somewhat, of not being able to look after her, ourselves. They go above and beyond in ensuring she is comfortable and is able to deal with her sometimes, difficult days.
Mum suddenly needed more care and the manager and all the carers went out of their way to offer help. Mum has care four times a day and the girls bring a smile to her face, which I haven't seen for a while so it feels like I've got my mum back. They are encouraging her to start moving a little more, they make her lunch, coffees and wash up and always leave her house looking tidy. Mum loves the company so I highly recommend using Wellbeing at home.
Michelle
Excellent care is given to my mum. Always happy to help Mum with any problems she has, such as calling the doctors and picking up her meds etc. Mum loves the care from them. My mum is nursed in her bed and has four calls a day. Carers are always happy to help Mum and even go out of their way to fetch Mum fish and chips, which she really enjoys. Wonderful care is given. Thank you to all of you at Wellbeing Homecare.
The carers are really lovely and look after my parents very well. They take the time to chat with them and are willing to go the extra mile, for example fetching a paper, running the vacuum cleaner around. They are very respectful of both my parents' wishes.
Thank you for your kind words about the care team. Many Thanks, Michelle.
Wellbeing Homecare Services have been caring for our mum since last summer through very unprecedented times. Nothing has been too much trouble for them, at any time. They are lovely ladies who care for Mum and just keep going the extra mile in everything they do for her. We would be lost without them and I can honestly say that we would have no hesitation in assuring anyone who has a loved one that needs care - whatever type - that these ladies are the ones to choose. Thank you for all you do and continue to do.
Many Thanks, Michelle.
My mother has been using the services of Wellbeing Homecare for over 3 years now. I have to say that the level of care and service that they provide, is exemplary in every way. When the time comes for a loved one to admit that they may need some additional help. Or in fact you, yourself, realise that you need some help in providing additional care for your loved one. The decision is not an easy one and is somewhat gut-wrenching. Fortunately, within a very short time of speaking to Wellbeing and shortly after meeting their wonderful staff, you realise that the correct decision has been made. My Mother knows, at all times, who is coming to assist her and is always greeted by a warm, friendly smile from each of her carers. These ladies go above and beyond in providing care for my mother's every need and she considers each and every one of them her friends. A truly wonderful company.
Thank you Matt for your kind, meaningful words. The team love caring for your Mother and I am pleased she is happy with the service and team provided. Many Thanks, Michelle.
