Wellbeing Homecare Services have been looking after my mum for the last few months and I am pleased to say that my mum's level of personal care is extremely good, in comparison to previous care agencies. The care staff and management go the extra mile to ensure my mum is given the highest standard of care. All staff engage really well with my mum and the management team keep me updated on changes and general progress of care provided. Thank you Wellbeing Homecare Services for being compassionate, kind and decent.

Meet the Team (3)

Wellbeing Homecare Services was co-founded by Sharon and Michelle in 2017. Sharon has over 20 years’ experience in caring for her own parents and struggled to find care providers that could meet her parents’ care needs. Her role involves working alongside the Registered Care Manager as the Operations Manager by creating a team of staff who believe in the support and personal care of Wellbeing’s clients and their families.
Sharon has worked in the public sector for 18 years in rehabilitation and care settings. She has a passion to work with families and loved ones who require care to help them stay in the comfort of their own homes. Sharon believes care is about letting people feel secure and safe to enhance their daily wellbeing, whilst delivering various care needs for them without them feeling it is a chore or a job.
Working alongside Michelle and Donna, Sharon is responsible for operational requirements to provide care for clients and job opportunities for caregivers. She focuses on updates within the care sector and works closely with various related organisations to continuously deliver safe and consistent care to all clients. Sharon is passionate about allowing families to be able to sleep well with no worries, knowing their loved ones are cared for by someone they can trust.
Sharon is passionate about reading, travelling and spending quality time with her loved ones.

Donna manages the day to day administrative tasks in the office.
She works closely with the Registered Care Manager to ensure care plans are thorough meeting all care needs for Wellbeing’s clients. Donna is experienced in delivering care for her own loved ones and understands the importance of knowing how to ensure all elements of care needs are met for those needing support, their families and the caregivers.
Donna has been the Office Coordinator with Wellbeing since October 2019. She is a mother of two and loves to support all things Artizan and locally made. She also enjoys jogging and a nice meal.

Michelle is the Co-Provider and Registered Care Manager for Wellbeing Homecare Services.
Michelle oversees the care elements of Wellbeing’s clients and staff. She is hands-on from giving initial advice to set up the care needs with a care assessment with patients in their own home to over-seeing the care implemented. Michelle has experience in providing care for vulnerable adults and the elderly in the Public Sector settings for over a decade. She supported families and loved ones to help keep connected, through challenging and difficult circumstances.
Michelle is passionate and sensitive when delivering her knowledge about the services Wellbeing Homecare offer. She has built relationships and works closely with various professional organisations and agencies. Michelle ensures that all assessment needs are met safely, securely and with skilled staff.
She is passionate about helping individuals and families in the community. Michelle loves taking long countryside walks with her dog and very much enjoys being outdoors and visiting new places.
