Your Serenity

Your Serenity was recommended to us by our local senior centre. And my mum has been a happy client for more than a year now. The company takes great care to match the right carers to the client and my mum gets on really well with them. One of our regular carers is kind, caring and knowledgeable, and the other is energetic and amazing with technology. At the head office the staff are always helpful and patient and give us lots of useful advice whenever we need it. The team goes above and beyond to help. I feel very lucky I found them!

Don't get me wrong, it's not perfect - nothing is. Sometimes the carers are very late or too early and sometimes it's a bit rushed. What I do know is that they're willing to listen to feedback and work with you to accommodate wherever possible.

My mum had come home to live out her last days and we could not know when that would be until. We had a few different carers for the first few days, Mum was bedbound so two carers were needed and they were all lovely but we then had two particular members of staff, two very special people. They provided my mum and us as a family amazing care and support right up to the night she died. They have very special hearts and will always feel that they made a huge difference to our sad time. Mum is at peace now and they both helped to make her as comfortable as possible. Thank you Serenity for bringing this care to us. But a very big thank you to those two particular members of staff.

All of the carers were friendly and professional, I could rely on them to care for my husband properly and he loved them all as do I. Fantastic agency, efficiently run, nothing was too much trouble.

Having used another care agency beforehand, we were then passed over to Your Serenity, who have been supporting both my parents for the past 6-months or so, and I could not be happier with the care they receive. They keep me fully informed of any concerns they may have and have always helped me with any I may have. Sadly my mum passed away at the beginning of May, and the manager and her team have been amazing with the support and compassion they continue to give my dad and myself. Having worked for care agencies myself in the past, I really wish I had found this company years ago, and if I choose to get back into care work, I would not hesitate to apply here. Would fully recommend this company to anyone keep up the good work.

They came in four times a day and were extremely positive towards not only my husband but the family too, even the dogs enjoyed their visits!

Although she has recently moved into residential care, I’m sure that the thoughtful care provided by Your Serenity has played a major role in maximizing my mother’s quality of life in her own home. We cannot thank you enough and recommend your services unreservedly.

The staff all have a lovely manner, treat my Mum and Stepdad with dignity and respect at all times, there has never been any cause to remind them what needs doing, in fact, they are often ahead of the game. They strip his bed, put the bedding in the washing machine, turn it on and remake the bed without ever needing prompting. The staff are all very professional. They really are working at the top of the care industry and could not recommend them any higher. Thank you.
