Overall Experience

Your Serenity was recommended to us by our local senior centre. And my mum has been a happy client for more than a year now. The company takes great care to match the right carers to the client and my mum gets on really well with them. One of our regular carers is kind, caring and knowledgeable, and

the other is energetic and amazing with technology. At the head office the staff are always helpful and patient and give us lots of useful advice whenever we need it. The team goes above and beyond to help. I feel very lucky I found them!

Overall Experience

We have been fortunate to have some excellent team members as part of Dad's package. We have found the office to be very supportive in emergencies and helpful in working with social services.
There are several carers we've had who have been absolutely fantastic with Dad, going above and beyond, as

well as being very friendly and chatty with Mum. This means a lot to them both as the care needs are complex.
Don't get me wrong, it's not perfect - nothing is. Sometimes the carers are very late or too early and sometimes it's a bit rushed. What I do know is that they're willing to listen to feedback and work with you to accommodate wherever possible.

Overall Experience

My mum had come home to live out her last days and we could not know when that would be until. We had a few different carers for the first few days, Mum was bedbound so two carers were needed and they were all lovely but we then had two particular members of staff, two very special people. They provided

my mum and us as a family amazing care and support right up to the night she died. They have very special hearts and will always feel that they made a huge difference to our sad time. Mum is at peace now and they both helped to make her as comfortable as possible. Thank you Serenity for bringing this care to us. But a very big thank you to those two particular members of staff.

Overall Experience

Having used another care agency beforehand, we were then passed over to Your Serenity, who have been supporting both my parents for the past 6-months or so, and I could not be happier with the care they receive. They keep me fully informed of any concerns they may have and have always helped me with

any I may have. Sadly my mum passed away at the beginning of May, and the manager and her team have been amazing with the support and compassion they continue to give my dad and myself. Having worked for care agencies myself in the past, I really wish I had found this company years ago, and if I choose to get back into care work, I would not hesitate to apply here. Would fully recommend this company to anyone keep up the good work.

Overall Experience

This company came in when we needed them. They were kind, compassionate and caring. I can’t thank them enough for how they looked after my husband, even the family at times.
They came in four times a day and were extremely positive towards not only my husband but the family too, even the dogs enjoyed

their visits!

From the moment I first made contact with the manager and the subsequent engagement of Your Serenity to care for my mother, the overall support has been exemplary. The professional care, understanding and compassion you showed my mother as her dementia condition declined during the last year, including

pandemic constraints, was outstanding. Nothing has been too much trouble. The family are indebted to you for your patience, flexibility and time you gave my mother, which always respected her dignity and enabled her to stay living in her own home for as long as possible.
Although she has recently moved into residential care, I’m sure that the thoughtful care provided by Your Serenity has played a major role in maximizing my mother’s quality of life in her own home. We cannot thank you enough and recommend your services unreservedly.

Overall Experience

The manager and her team have just finished caring for my mother as she has passed away, and I really can't praise them highly enough. My mother wouldn't have been able to remain in her own home until the very last moment, as she was desperate to do, were it not for her kind, patient and truly caring

carers. Towards the end of Mum's life, I know it was becoming hard for the team and there were several emergencies for them to cope with. Eventually, ensuring her comfort and dignity with compassion and willingness, someone was with her 24/7 until she took her final breath.
I moved my mother from a failing healthcare team to Your Serenity - and how lucky we were that they were able to look after her and make her last couple of years possible and bearable for her.
I would recommend Your Serenity to anyone looking for good quality care, run by a hands-on, involved and professional owner/manager.

Overall Experience

My mother has had Your Serenity caring for her for a year now, they are brilliant, putting the client and their needs first. They are by far the best care agency in the surrounding area.
We have had several care agencies over the past few years, whose standards are poor. Your Serenity has a very

high level off care and standards.
I would highly recommend the agency to anyone or a relative looking for excellent quality care.

Overall Experience

The company is new (since the beginning of the year I understand) and small (four people) but they have been working for my Mum and Stepdad for more than a week now and they are first class. The owner/manager does some of the calls together with her team. They are all outstanding, I have never seen

such a professional, caring and thoughtful care company. I work alongside care agencies in my job so have a good deal of experience with a huge number of companies.
The staff all have a lovely manner, treat my Mum and Stepdad with dignity and respect at all times, there has never been any cause to remind them what needs doing, in fact, they are often ahead of the game. They strip his bed, put the bedding in the washing machine, turn it on and remake the bed without ever needing prompting. The staff are all very professional. They really are working at the top of the care industry and could not recommend them any higher. Thank you.
