They were very good in every aspect of the service they provided and I would not hesitate to use their services again or to recommend them to others.

I am so grateful to the agency for their prompt responses to our ad-hoc requests for my mum. They always try to help us as best they can, and we really appreciate it. Also, the carer who looks after my mum is fantastic as she goes above and beyond to make sure my mum is healthy and happy.

We were recommended to Freedom Care when my father moved to Hoddesdon in April 2021. They looked after him from that time until the end of December 2025. All of the team were absolutely brilliant & looked after him with kindness, compassion & a sense of humour - they became like a second family & he got on with them very well. Tracy & Paula were very efficient in managing his care visits & we are so grateful for the extra support they gave him after a bad fall at the end of November. We would highly recommend Freedom Care to anyone.

My father has used Freedom Care since April 2021 until his recent death in December 2025. I have nothing but praise for the team and the quality of service that they provided my father. He was treated with kindness, dignity and respect and enjoyed the visits from his care team. The team definitely contributed to his quality of life in these recent years.

I can't rate Freedom Care highly enough. They were so respectful and kind to my mum and made many adaptions to meet her needs. Sadly my mum has now had to go to a nursing home and Freedom were very supportive of that and completely understood the situation which really put me at ease. I will certainly recommend Freedom to any others that are requiring care at home.

Angels in uniform! We have been using Freedom since August 2025. I was impressed with Tracy and Paula from the moment we met them, you could tell it was important for them to understand Nan and her needs, which was a huge relief for me. All of the carers are friendly, proactive and professional. Nan enjoys their company very much. Their app is useful to understand her daily health, what has been done, how much food she is eating, and if any action is required from the family. I am grateful for the weight that they have taken off my shoulders and cannot thank them enough for everything they do. They have been extremely adapting, and nothing feels too much to ask. Highly recommend.

Excellent service in allowing me some 'free' time as my husband has dementia (now in a home). I used their services from February '23 to July '25 in sitting with Ron and, latterly showering him when I became unable to do the task myself. They all were so sympathetic and helpful that I now feel like I've lost friends! Ron loved them, too.

The carers are consistently punctual, thorough, and often go above & beyond. The app updates are an added bonus, especially for my sister who lives abroad, as it's reassuring for her to stay informed in real time.

Freedom Care provides a first-class service to my husband, who is a stroke survivor with complex needs. The care team relate well to my husband, and he enjoys the daily interaction with them. My husband is lucky to have continuity in his personal body care routine, which enables him to feel secure and maintain good relations with his care team. I feel this is an important issue which the service user benefits from in maintaining his confidence levels.

Freedom Care have been looking after my father who has Alzheimer's and dementia and the difference they have made to him has been outstanding, their carers are all such genuine and lovely people and have been amazing looking after my dad. They've really taken a load of pressure off of myself ensuring things like his medication is always taken on time, his washing and ironing is done, he always has a good meal cooked for him and they're always on hand to tend to anything he needs. I could go on all day, I really couldn't rate them any higher

My uncle received the best care from Freedom. He has additional needs and I chose his care team very carefully who can attend to his care needs and also adjust to his additional needs. I was always informed of any medical needs that happened and having that reassurance that he was well cared for by all the ladies gave me piece of mind. These wonderful ladies are definitely angels in uniform. Without them I don't know what I would have done. I 100% recommend Freedom to everyone.

After trying out other local care companies, we were very lucky to be able to employ Freedom Care for the last few years. Originally they cared for Mum in her home, however as her Alzheimer's progressed, they now continue as a befriender service to her in the Care Home she now lives in. The management and carers are absolutely wonderful and all really go the extra mile to make sure they deliver the very best service possible. With excellent communication, they are proactive, nothing is too much trouble and it's lovely to read updates about visits on their app.

Freedom Care are a very important part of Mum's life, they offer her a caring friendship, listen to and also stimulate her with conversation and activities. We have always wanted the very best for Mum and have never been prepared to compromise in our requirements. We found it in Freedom Care. I cannot rate them highly enough and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who is looking for first-class, superior and compassionate care.

Have been dealing with Freedom Care since April this year. Have been impressed with all the staff both admin and carers. They have always been compassionate and understanding of our needs, efficient in their organisation, and the carers always on time and carry out everything that is needed for my Dad. Most importantly he is treated with care, respect, and kindness. Cannot praise them enough and would thoroughly recommend them.

I moved my mum who has dementia and is 86 from Norfolk where she has lived for nearly 40 years. The manager and her team pay amazing attention to absolutely everything to do with my mum is brilliant, my mum is a different person from when she was in Norfolk and seeing how the manager and her team look after mum makes me realise how unprofessional her last care company was. Following my initial reticence, not having experienced care before I am now very satisfied with the care that has been given.

The Manager and the team have been fantastic and she spent a lot of time with us to get to understand what care was needed and really got to know mum and dad. They have done everything they can to fit into mum's schedule and the carers have been super with them. It can be daunting when the first steps into care are made, but I can honestly say Freedom Care have been amazing. They respond incredibly quickly to any requests and I know they truly have mum and dad's needs met.

Mum has received an excellent level of care from her Freedom Care carers. They have been thoughtful of her needs and careful of her dignity. They have spent time during the visit to talk to her about her life and interests. This has been evident in Mum's general well-being and her enjoyment of their company. Mum has received consistency of care and therefore the carers have become familiar visitors for her. Mum has been unable to bath or shower for a considerable length of time but she has always been spotlessly clean and well dressed and groomed. I would highly recommend this home care provider.

Thank you and your team for helping our dad maintain his quality of life when Alzheimer’s suddenly took his ability to self-manage. Grandad loves all of the carers that come to help him, they are kind and compasionate and always put him first. He struggles with mobility and they always talk him through what they are doing. They keep us informed as a family if they are concerned with anything or if anything looks out of place, they also respond to us quickly if I need them to be aware of any changes with Grandad's care. He loves their visits and it keeps the family role as that of family and not carers, keeping his dignity, which at 88 is very important to him. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an amazing care company.
