I have received excellent care and help from the carer provided by Home Instead.
Nothing was too much trouble and small items from local shops were purchased when requested. She instinctively knew what to do, so that often tasks were performed without asking. I would have no hesitation in using their
service again.

Relaxed review, friendly and professional.
The care has been brilliant so far even though early stages mom already is building up a relationship with the carer.

I have found my carers friendly, helpful, cheerful and flexible should you need help at different times they will do their best to accommodate you. Overall very very good.

Home Instead has been brilliant with my mother in law. They have been an absolute Godsend! Caring, kind and thoughtful - always thinking of the best way to help my mother in law. It has helped us so much to ease the massive pressure we have faced as she gets older and less mobile given we work full
time and do not live close by.

My name is Sonia and I am a Co-Owner of Home Instead Senior Care, Walsall.


I graduated in 2012 with BA Hons Degree in Health Studies. I was able to explore a collection of health-related issues to understand contemporary health and social care which first alerted me to this industry. After spending 5 years in banking I realised my desire to pursue my career in Health and Social was reignited and wanting to make a difference.


I hold a great passion for health and social care in my local community and the positive changes that can be implemented to elderly citizens. In addition to this, my personal experiences when growing up have guided me to ensure the delivery of exceptional quality and relationship led based care in Walsall for our clients through our compassionate and affectionate CAREGivers, acknowledging the importance of staying at home and enjoying home life.

Hi, my name is Suki, I’m the Co-Owner here at Home Instead Senior Care Walsall along with my wife Sonia. Prior to setting up the business, I have enjoyed a successful career in Business Banking for the last 10 years with a major UK Financial Institution.


It was here where I first discovered Home Instead and the difference that relationship led care makes to the lives of elderly people. Seeing the fabulous work of franchisees and CAREGivers over the years has given my wife and I the confidence to launch our business in our hometown of Walsall. We recognised the need for truly relationship led care in our area to support our elderly residents and to allow our CAREGivers to flourish under the guidance of an energetic and supportive team.
