Home Instead (Walsall & Great Barr)

My carer is a godsend. so thorough, helpful, and a great asset to Home Instead. She has given me confidence and made me very happy.

This company has been able to meet most of my needs. When there have been any problems, they have always tried their best to sort things out to help me. I have found the carers and the managers and senior staff to be extremely friendly and caring. The one thing they do need is a little training or help on the medical side eg catheter care.

I have been impressed with the friendliness. I am fully aware that we are dealing with a difficult situation given the stubbornness of the client. I feel that we are making progress, all be it slowly. We will need to be taking the process to the next level in order to achieve the ultimate goal in dealing with the client's hygiene.

Home Instead has been brilliant with my mother in law. They have been an absolute Godsend! Caring, kind and thoughtful - always thinking of the best way to help my mother in law. It has helped us so much to ease the massive pressure we have faced as she gets older and less mobile given we work full time and do not live close by.
