I have been impressed with the friendliness. I am fully aware that we are dealing with a difficult situation given the stubbornness of the client. I feel that we are making progress, all be it slowly. We will need to be taking the process to the next level in order to achieve the ultimate goal in dealing with the client's hygiene.

As Director of Home Instead, I love what we do, supporting people to stay comfortable and independent at home. It's about being kind, building real connections, and making everyday life that little bit easier.
Lisa is our care manager. She started with us as a Care Professional and now works in our office, ensuring every Client and Care Professional is happy and progressing well with us. Lisa strives to provide the best, most person-centred care possible.
Kelly is our Assistant Manager here at Home Instead. Starting as a Care Professional, Kelly has enjoyed providing the best quality care to those living at home. She is really excited to take that extra step to keep you happy and content at home.
Rhea is our Care-Coordinator at Home Instead. She provides compassionate, organised support by managing personalised care plans and scheduling whilst working closely with clients and families to provide the highest standard of care and support.
Naz joined Home Instead Walsall & Great Barr in 2021 as a Care Professional, and through her passion, compassion and dedication, progressed to Business Development & Marketing Lead. Her journey reflects the heart of what we do, building meaningful relationships and supporting our community.
