Really pleased to have found Rest Assured Homecare. Very reliable and caring service for my Mum in her home at a reasonable price. Gives us piece of mind that any medical problems can be spotted early and have regular daily updates on the Birdie app. It gives her the independence to live in her own home with a little help when she needs it.

My wife and i have a great admiration for the carers who looked after mum
They made her life and our easier especially at the end of her life we feel so grateful to them

Overall Experience
Rest Assured supported my brother through rehabilitation after he had a stroke.
They reacted quickly to pair my brother with a live in carer that suited his need and ensured they had some shared interests, making them compatible despite the close environment they were in.
The carer supported my brother 24/7 for 3 months with his rehab until he was able to return to a new normal.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service; their bespoke service was easy to organise, and their staff were outstanding.

Overall Experience

The care provided by the team was excellent: professional, caring and respectful. My mother was treated gently and made comfortable. The whole process of setting up the care package was managed quickly and efficiently and we felt very supported as a family. Thank you to all the team. I would strongly recommend this service to anyone looking for Homecare for their loved one.

We've been using this team of carers for 10 months now and can honestly say we've found them to be excellent - both the front-line carers and the back room staff. The carers are kind, cheerful and professional. As a carer for my partner, I could not have coped without them. We've had a couple of emergency situations and they've been great. Nothing is too much trouble. I want to say a big thank you to you all.

Great service, kind and caring with a sense of humour. Punctual and excellent communication. Mum didn't want care but has settled well in to routine.
Carers are happy to help her with pets, which are her reason for getting up in the morning. They report on her mental health as well as physical wellbeing. She feels supported without loss of independence and I have peace of mind.

Would definitely recommend.

Overall very pleased with the service. The app is helpful to monitor my fathers meals and medication administration when prepared by care staff because he has diabettes and dementia. I would recommend Rest Assured.

Overall very pleased. Quick response time when enquiring for care and assessment done efficiently.
Caregivers are respectful and thorough. The app is particularly useful to check on status of mums wellbeing and care given.
Any changes to care needed are dealt with swiftly and concerns are dealt with promptly.

Would recommend highly.

Carers were kind and respectful and always arrived at the designated time(morning and evening). Always offered to do any jobs needed around the house that my mother was unable to do following a fractured shoulder. Company is highly recommended .

We as a family are happy with the care that has been provided, both my parents have dementia which is very challenging, both my parents were not happy in the beginning but we worked together and with mostly the the same carers my parents are slowly getting more relaxed with having carers in their home and now like to see them so that's a great improvement and is only getting better ,

Overall Experience

My dear Mum has many health problems and now she is widowed has difficulty running her home independently. The care package with Rest Assured has enabled her to remain in her home in comfort and our family are reassured that she is safe and supported. All staff who attend are friendly, professional, kind, patient and caring when carrying out their numerous tasks. The easy to use app is a great communication tool and contact with the care management team is efficient via email or phone.

Our Dad went into hospital last October and it was evident that he would need care at home on his return. My brother and I had been coping up to the point of Dad going into hospital and Rest Assured Homecare came to our rescue. The carers always have a smile on their face, no matter what reception they may sometimes receive. They are kind and caring and go at Dad's pace. They give so much support and now support our Mum too. Knowing that they are there twice a day for is so reassuring. Dad has Alzheimer's and Mum recently diagnosed with Vascular Dementia. The app enables us to read that they are ok, read any tasks completed, record any medications taken, which helps us to order more when required. It means when we can't be there, we know they are ok, which is so important. RAH respond to any emails and requests too, which is so helpful.

I would thoroughly recommend RAH.

I don't live close by and constantly worried about my relative. It was hard to know which Home Care service to choose as I was unfamiliar with any of them. I am so pleased I went with Rest Assured. They provide a very reliable and responsive service. I read updates on the app and feel at peace. I highly recommend this company.

I was inspired to start my business by the love and guidance of my Nan and Grandad, as well as my parents and our close-knit family. Their values, support, and example shaped who I am and instilled in me a deep respect for caring for others. I know how challenging it can be to juggle work, family life, and the responsibilities of looking after loved ones. Often, we want to be there as a daughter, son, grandchild, niece, or nephew—to spend quality time, share stories, and create lasting memories—not just to manage daily chores.

With this in mind, I founded Rest Assured Homecare in 2019, with the goal of providing the same high standard of care that I would want for my own family. At Rest Assured, we understand how important it is to get care needs right.
