The care is tailored to meet the needs and goals of clients and is outcome-oriented, rather than being purely task-based.

The team can also help families negotiate what can be a really challenging time, from helping to understand how to make a start on care choices and decisions through to the creation and delivery of a detailed care plan designed to alleviate pressure on the clients and those closest to them.

There is a real commitment to ensuring all care is person-centred, enabling independence at every opportunity.

All carers are employed on the basis of their ethos and passion for the role, then thoroughly vetted and provided market-leading training.

Right at Home (Enfield) have a no uniform policy, unless requested by clients. Carers are matched and introduced to clients in advance and the team guarantees a rush-free service with a minimum of one-hour visits, and anything up to 24/7 live-in care.

This company and the team are truly wonderful to deal with. They absolutely love what they do which reflects in their approach, right from the first call to putting everything in place through to the ongoing care. They are extremely responsive and always available to help with the constant changes we
needed to request due to Mum's worsening condition. The carers went beyond their duties on several occasions to ensure Mum was always safe. They have been an essential lifeline for all of us and I would recommend them without any hesitation.

I couldn’t have managed to care for my Mum in my own home in the three months up to her death without the support of the care team at Right At Home (Enfield). Their care of my Mum was impeccable. They were kind, gentle and respectful of her wishes. Always positive they often brightened Mum’s day with
their friendly and loving approach. They also brightened my day! Always supportive, they were punctual and also flexible. They taught me techniques that I could use when they weren’t there. They flagged any changes in Mum’s condition, mood or tissue viability and signposted appropriate agencies to deal with these.
The management staff of the agency were also involved, making visits themselves and also providing a clear rota each week to provide reassurance that staff were allocated. Any changes requested were quickly implemented.
Right At Home (Enfield) took the pressure of the practical aspects of care away, allowing me to be the daughter my Mum needed. Couldn’t ask for more!

Right at Home (Enfield) proved invaluable to our family in the care of our Mum. The care package was set up really quickly and although minimal care and assistance were needed, it worked very well. Mum felt very comfortable having the same carers in her home each time and enjoyed having someone else
to talk to and sharing the news of their families. The management was very good at keeping us informed of any changes, with regular updates. Our experience was more challenging than some as it occurred during the pandemic when life was far from normal. Sadly Mum has passed away but we would have no hesitation in recommending Right at Home (Enfield) to friends and family.

We are extremely happy with the services from Right at Home. The team that has been matched to my aunt are just perfect and have given her a new lease of life, while we are reassured that she is safe and looked after really well. They have established an excellent relationship with all of the family.
The office team are a delight to work with and there's always someone available to answer our questions or clarify any concerns and they often go above and beyond, spending a lot of time to deal with issues on our behalf with other healthcare professionals. We are also notified weekly in advance who is going in and when and have access to an app that allows us a sufficient overview of what is going on. No hurdle is too high and the team does their very best. They are readily accessible and solution-oriented. We couldn’t wish for more.

The Right at Home team provided an excellent service that went above and beyond what we had expected and were very accommodating to our ever-changing needs, often at short notice. We are very grateful for all the extra care and effort that was made. I found that the team were always open to communication
and it was always easy to get hold of people when needed especially the owner who was available late at night or on weekends and provided sound advice at every step of our situation. We don't live locally, however, I was able to have direct and immediate contact with the team if I had any concerns and had absolute confidence that they did everything possible to allay our worries. The carers from Right at Home made Mum's life a lot easier and helped her keep her dignity and independence to the end. They were extremely rigorous in flagging up any new medical issues, always punctual and totally reliable. Mum looked forward to the regular carer visits and found all of the personnel
she had contact with to be professional, courteous and above all friendly. She was able to establish a very good relationship with her regular carer and also with her "back up" carer as they were dedicated to working with Mum and knew her likes, dislikes, habits and medical history.

I can thoroughly recommend Right at Home Enfield to anyone in search of a care agency to provide support at home for their loved one. The team have been supporting my aunt with her daily care calls for the past year and from day one they have provided her with a professional, reliable and caring service.
The carers are all trained to a very high standard, delivering expert care with a personal touch. All the carers have taken their time to get to know my aunt and her needs and have developed a lovely relationship with her. She feels comfortable and safe with them. Also, as someone dealing with the paperwork side of things, Right at Home have made this process straightforward and clear, with schedules and invoices being provided each week. The team have also been very supportive in assisting us with changes to our care package as needs have changed. They have always been just a phone call away and provided us with invaluable support and advice. Highly recommended.

My Father's care needs have recently increased and I could not have asked for a better team of carers. They are all extremely dedicated, understanding, patient and their pro-active nature is on another level. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending any of the carers we have had. No matter what sort of day
dad is having, they care for him as if he was one of their own family members. They have taken the time to get to know Dad and the things that make his life easier and happier. We were recommended to contact this lovely care company when we needed extra help caring for our mum after a long stay in hospital. Their understanding of the situation, advice around the matter and communication all throughout was highly impressive right from the get-go and this made us feel our mum
was in safe hands. They also helped liaise with other professionals involved in our mum's care and we were constantly updated, consulted and contacted throughout the process giving us a lot of reassurance. Right at Home provided great live-in care to my mum during her recuperation from a hip fracture. The two office staff were extremely helpful and attentive to issues relating to Mum's care from start to finish. The carers who looked after Mum was compassionate and kind, and lovely company too. Both carers are extremely pleasant, helpful people, the main carer especially so, she offers to do many extra chores without being asked.
It is very good too to have back up when dealing with telephone queries especially as I have a severe hearing loss. It is very reassuring to know that someone is

I cannot put into words what a difference it has made to have Right at Home's carers visit my elderly mum every day. It really has made such a difference to all of our lives.
It means that my mum can feel well looked after, has someone attend to her daily morning routine and also a friendly face to
wake up to every morning and to sit down and have a chat with over a coffee.
My feedback though goes especially to one of my mum's carers who my mum has really taken to. For the first time in months, this carer helped my mum to take a shower. It was so liberating for my mum after months of just "washing down" and she couldn't praise her enough.
Yesterday I experienced the carer for myself as my mum was taken poorly just before she arrived on her daily visit. She looked after my mum, liaised with the paramedics and offered to stay with my mum for as long as it took for the medics to sort my mum out. She is an absolute asset to the company.

His personal experience with family members affected by conditions like MS and cancer has given him a unique insight into the importance of high-quality care.
