I had short term care from this excellent company and the attention to detail and the care was outstanding. This is the second time I have used them and they are as good and I would recommend them to anyone.

This amazing care company came into our lives in November 2021 right in the middle of Covid to look after my elderly mother who had previously disliked having carers. However, as soon as they started providing care, my mother's life and health improved considerably. She loves all the carers and gets on really well with all of the team, especially the lead carer. The staff and management are extremely caring, professional, friendly and trustworthy. They have built up a lovely friendship with Mum and she now looks forward to the visits leaving me worry-free, knowing she is happy and well cared for and after being with around seven care companies, hand on heart this is the best homecare agency in Enfield we have come across.

Right at Home (Enfield) was recommended to me by a friend. Care was very new to us as a family and for my mum especially. The team didn't just give my mum amazing care they also gave me the support that I needed. Nothing was too much trouble and they have very efficient management which many businesses lack these days. I had heard lots of worrying stories of care but Right at Home has changed my perception to a great degree. Highly recommended.

They absolutely love what they do which reflects in their approach, right from the first call to putting everything in place through to the ongoing care. They are extremely responsive and always available to help with the constant changes we needed to request due to Mum's worsening condition. Right at Home (Enfield) proved invaluable to our family in the care of our Mum. The care package was set up really quickly and although minimal care and assistance were needed, it worked very well. Mum felt very comfortable having the same carers in her home each time and enjoyed having someone else to talk to and sharing the news of their families. The management was very good at keeping us informed of any changes, with regular updates. Our experience was more challenging than some as it occurred during the pandemic when life was far from normal. Sadly Mum has passed away but we would have no hesitation in recommending Right at Home (Enfield) to friends and family.

We are extremely happy with the services from Right at Home. The team that has been matched to my aunt are just perfect and have given her a new lease of life, while we are reassured that she is safe and looked after really well. They have established an excellent relationship with all of the family. The office team are a delight to work with and there's always someone available to answer our questions or clarify any concerns and they often go above and beyond, spending a lot of time to deal with issues on our behalf with other healthcare professionals. We are also notified weekly in advance who is going in and when and have access to an app that allows us a sufficient overview of what is going on. No hurdle is too high and the team does their very best. They are readily accessible and solution-oriented. We couldn’t wish for more.

Caregivers are all very well trained and have an excellent rapport with my relative. They always ensure that she is comfortable and are patient with her. We are very happy with the care they provide and trust them with my relatives care.

The care provided is truly excellent. Mum has always felt safe and cared for, timekeeping and communication of changes to the team has always been well managed. The care staff are enthusiastic, extremely friendly but professional and go above and beyond. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I have been very impressed overall.

The Right at Home team provided an excellent service that went above and beyond what we had expected and were very accommodating to our ever-changing needs, often at short notice. We are very grateful for all the extra care and effort that was made. I found that the team were always open to communication and it was always easy to get hold of people when needed especially the owner who was available late at night or on weekends and provided sound advice at every step of our situation. We don't live locally, however, I was able to have direct and immediate contact with the team if I had any concerns and had absolute confidence that they did everything possible to allay our worries. I have had a great experience with this company. All the ladies have helped and been brilliant to me. Very professional and understanding of my difficulties. My primary carer has been a joy to have in my flat and has gone over and above to help me feel very comfortable in her hands. Service is over and beyond.

The carers from Right at Home made Mum's life a lot easier and helped her keep her dignity and independence to the end. They were extremely rigorous in flagging up any new medical issues, always punctual and totally reliable. Mum looked forward to the regular carer visits and found all of the personnel she had contact with to be professional, courteous and above all friendly. She was able to establish a very good relationship with her regular carer and also with her "back up" carer as they were dedicated to working with Mum and knew her likes, dislikes, habits and medical history.
