We were recommended to contact this lovely care company when we needed extra help caring for our mum after a long stay in hospital. Their understanding of the situation, advice around the matter and communication all throughout was highly impressive right from the get-go and this made us feel our mum was in safe hands. They also helped liaise with other professionals involved in our mum's care and we were constantly updated, consulted and contacted throughout the process giving us a lot of reassurance. It is no exaggeration to state that Right at Home has made a huge positive impact on our mum's recovery and wellbeing. Our family would certainly recommend them without a second thought. Thank you so very much.
Thank you very much for this recommendation and your kind words. It is a great pleasure to provide care for your mum, and I am so pleased that you have found our service to be so reassuring.
Right at Home provided great live-in care to my mum during her recuperation from a hip fracture. The two office staff were extremely helpful and attentive to issues relating to Mum's care from start to finish. The carers who looked after Mum was compassionate and kind, and lovely company too. The whole service gave us great peace of mind during a very difficult time.
We very much appreciate you taking the time to review us, thank you. We are glad we could assist your mother with her recovery. The team miss seeing her and convey their best wishes.
Excellent experience overall, cannot fault the team. The care, attention and professionalism of the staff has greatly enhanced my mum's day to day life. I am extremely impressed and pleased with both the care staff and office team, nothing is too much trouble and I feel so much at ease knowing they are around. Thank you Right at Home.
We very much appreciate you taking the time to review us, thank you. We are glad to be able to be of assistance to your mother, whom we absolutely love supporting.
It is very good too to have back up when dealing with telephone queries especially as I have a severe hearing loss. It is very reassuring to know that someone is coming in on a daily basis who can offer such help.
Thank you for your kind words and taking the time to leave us a review. Glad to know how useful you are finding the service. I will share your feedback with the team.
Could not be more satisfied with the whole team. Service and attitude are first-class.
Thank you for your kind words and taking the time to leave us a review. I will share your feedback with the team.
It means that my mum can feel well looked after, has someone attend to her daily morning routine and also a friendly face to wake up to every morning and to sit down and have a chat with over a coffee.
My feedback though goes especially to one of my mum's carers who my mum has really taken to. For the first time in months, this carer helped my mum to take a shower. It was so liberating for my mum after months of just "washing down" and she couldn't praise her enough.
Yesterday I experienced the carer for myself as my mum was taken poorly just before she arrived on her daily visit. She looked after my mum, liaised with the paramedics and offered to stay with my mum for as long as it took for the medics to sort my mum out. She is an absolute asset to the company.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a lovely review. We are glad to be able to be of assistance to your mother, whom the team absolutely love supporting. I will share your feedback with the team.
I wanted to thank Right at Home (Enfield) team. The wonderful staff who have taken such good care of me. Their carers have helped me gain more independence and confidence to do things for myself over the last 4 months. I really appreciate all the help they have all provided. I highly recommend them.
We very much appreciate you taking the time to review us and we are glad to have been able to assist you. I will share your feedback with the team. Thank you.
I contacted Right at Home Enfield whilst reviewing nearly 20 local care providers. I shortlisted the company as it offered continuity of the care team, simple and transparent terms (such as not billing for travel time) and a promise of quality and training for its staff who are employed by the agency, not freelancers. I introduced the company to my parents, who rapidly gained confidence in the managers and the caregiver who was assigned to care for my father. The duration of care provision was unfortunately brief, but the kindness and compassion of the team shone through in every interaction. The practice manager called and emailed me frequently with updates and helped me to liaise with the medical practitioners. The same caregiver looked after my father at every appointment, even when we had to ask for extra support at short notice. So whilst my experience was brief, I would not hesitate to recommend this company. I do not normally give 5-star reviews but they deserve it.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a lovely review. We're really glad we could assist your father for the brief period and the team will miss seeing him. We wish him and your family well and are here for any assistance you might need in the future. All the best!
From the very beginning of the relationship and my first contact with the team, they inspired confidence that my mother was going to be looked after. A very efficient and reliable service. Well done Right at Home!

I was so pleased to have found Right at Home when mum needed extra support at home following a fall. I found the senior staff and carers to be kind, caring, hardworking and professional. I was kept informed with phone calls and follow up review meetings, as well as a daily report left on site.
Initially, mum was not sure about receiving help but was teamed with two carers who worked with mum, assisting her in things around the house that she could no longer do alone and gradually she looked forward to the visits and carers became friends.
I would not hesitate in recommending Right at Home.

Krish moved to London over 18 years ago and has since found a meaningful way to give back to the city he now calls home by caring for its elderly residents and people living with disabilities. Though his career began in IT and consulting for several Fortune 500 companies in the UK and abroad, Krish always felt something was missing and longed to be an entrepreneur. His time working for a door-to-door transport service for the elderly and disabled was transformative, sparking the realization that he could make a significant impact in social care. This led him to pursue a more meaningful career by founding Right at Home in North London.
Caring for the vulnerable resonates deeply with Krish’s core values, and motivated him to make a pivotal career change. His personal experience with family members affected by conditions like MS and cancer has given him a unique insight into the importance of high-quality care. Determined to raise standards in the home care sector, Krish strives to provide an unparalleled level of service. He is particularly proud of his team’s achievement in earning an ‘Outstanding ‘rating on their first inspection by the care regulators, the CQC - a distinction held by only 3% of care providers in the UK.
Krish’s approach to care is guided by a simple yet powerful question: "Would this level of care be good enough for my own loved ones?" This principle drives him to consistently exceed expectations. He believes that the well-being of his team directly influences the well-being of his clients, and he is dedicated to fostering a positive work environment where his staff feel valued and motivated. Outside of work, Krish is passionate about travel and enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two sons.
