Very good service and reliable.

Very pleasant girls/ladies. The same ones tend to come and they are polite and chatty.

I must make sure that my comments are made public in relation to Caring Folk of Pudsey. We needed their services in relation to my father-in-law who was discharged from hospital and returned home. He was, regrettably, gravely ill and was at the end of his life. We contacted the manager at very short notice and my wife and myself were blown away with the promptness and professionalism shown. Care was provided immediately and the ladies who tended to Dad were absolutely superb. Their caring nature towards Dad was so genuine and this put him at ease as his life was ending. Words cannot be found to explain our gratitude to Caring Folk and every member of staff who went above and beyond what would have been expected. We cannot thank the manager and the girls enough. Tremendous personal and caring service.

We found Caring Folk, both office staff and all carers adaptable, punctual, professional and above all caring. They showed they had time for the client as well as delivering the needs required. In time of emergency, dealt extremely well comforting my mother, and when necessary, the senior management also attended, going well beyond what was contracted. We were more than delighted with all the care they provided, and above all my mother liked and responded to the carers and the care they gave.

We have been very satisfied with Caring Folk. My mother has recently moved to our house, as she has dementia, poor physical ability and needs 24-hour care. Caring Folk have provided all our needs as and when we needed it. All the care has been of a high standard, with kindness and respect for my mother. There is always a friendly, helpful response whenever ringing the office.

Great help in supermarket, reaching up, down, checking sell-by dates, loading, packing, dropping near door, bringing into house and offer to put away. Always pleasant and cheerful.

It's only been one month since Caring Folk came on board but what a month! Problem after problem - issue after issue but Caring Folk have looked after my mother like she was one of theirs! They have also kept me informed every step of the way. It has been a tough four weeks but I would never have gone through on my own. Thank you all!

Everyone we had contact with was kind and friendly. They were patient and understanding with Mum and really couldn’t have been nicer. I am so grateful to them for their help and care.

We currently utilise Caring Folk's befriending service for my mother who suffers with Alzheimer's disease. The members of staff are excellent, care is of a high quality and staff really go the extra mile to ensure my mother is comfortable and engaged in her environment. Their expert knowledge and experience has been invaluable to us when adapting and tailoring my mother's care. Highly recommend to anyone seeking this or a similar service.
