I do not have to have a regular booking.
Great help in supermarket, reaching up, down, checking sell-by dates, loading, packing, dropping near door, bringing into house and offer to put away. Always pleasant and cheerful.

It's only been one month since Caring Folk came on board but what a month! Problem after problem - issue after issue but Caring Folk have looked after my mother like she was one of theirs! They have also kept me informed every step of the way. It has been a tough four weeks but I would never have gone
through on my own. Thank you all!

Everyone we had contact with was kind and friendly. They were patient and understanding with Mum and really couldn’t have been nicer. I am so grateful to them for their help and care.

We currently utilise Caring Folk's befriending service for my mother who suffers with Alzheimer's disease. The members of staff are excellent, care is of a high quality and staff really go the extra mile to ensure my mother is comfortable and engaged in her environment. Their expert knowledge and experience
has been invaluable to us when adapting and tailoring my mother's care. Highly recommend to anyone seeking this or a similar service.
