Thank you. 1st Homecare has been very accommodating and straightforward to work with regarding my mother's care package. Consistency of carers, notice given of any change in personnel, approachable and helpful management/office staff.
Thank you very much for a very positive review. We look forward to continuing to provide a service to your mother.
I have found the staff at 1st Homecare to be very professional, very thorough, and extremely caring. After 8 weeks in hospital and a care home, I required care twice a day for my 88-year-old mother to enable her to return home after testing positive for covid. 1st Homecare have provided an excellent service and I am happy in the knowledge that mum is being well looked after and is safe back in the environment she recognises.
I have the expert carers early for weekly local shopping. (one hour) and lately for house cleaning. I am satisfied with the service and all the carers are very pleasant and efficient.
Carers are very friendly and helpful. They use their time efficiently, but do not hurry Mum. I've witnessed them asking Mum what she would prefer for her lunch/dinner. They always leave her with a cold drink. Mum says that they always have a little chat with her and she looks forward to them coming.
I'm so pleased Mum is enjoying the company of the ladies who visit her and has settled so well. Many thanks for taking the time to review our services and giving such positive feedback.
We are very pleased with every element of support from our regular carer and from her employees. Recognition of our own way of life has been and is acknowledged and we greatly appreciate that factor.
I am extremely satisfied with the service. It couldn't be better.
I am delighted to know you are pleased with your care. Very many thanks for the positive review
The staff are first class and therefore I have complete satisfaction.
Very many thanks for such a positive review. I'm delighted to hear you are so pleased with the service.
Carers that attend to Dad are always on time, extremely friendly, always happy. They understand Dad's care needs as he is bedbound with dementia. Feel we all work well as a team. The office staff are great if we have any issues or we aren't sure about something it's sorted asap. Always polite manner but also very cheerful and hard working. When I am not with Dad I am very happy knowing he is in good hands. Keep up the good work in these trying times.
Excellent.
I have really enjoyed the carers coming in to sit with me and have a chat. My wife goes out for an hour which gives her a break and that makes me happy.
Many thanks for a very positive review. From all of us at 1st Homecare, we wish you a very Happy Christmas and look forward to seeing you again in the New Year.
1st Homecare provided home care support to my elderly dad in his supported housing complex. They were pro-active in putting together his package of support, were always very prompt in responding to queries, provided consistent carers who really got to know Dad. They really did go the extra mile to help Dad. We could not have asked for more.
Thank you so much for such a very positive review - I will pass on your kind words to Dad's carers. On behalf of all at 1st Homecare, please pass on our good wishes to him and our hopes that he is settling well in his new home.
Generally, the firm is good.
Please don't hesitate to ring if you need to 'fine tune' any aspect of your care.
I do not know how I could have coped without them over the past 3 years or more. They were all so lovely they almost became part of the family. Thank you.
Thank you for taking the time to review our care and thank you for your kind words. We were all so very sad to lose your husband and our thoughts are very much with you and your family at this time. With all best wishes for the future
My experience to date is that I am extremely likely to recommend '1st Homecare'.
My first contact with this company was with Ainsworth Care (now 1st Homecare) who provided the services required when my wife suffered the fatal dementia. Eventually, my own needs have been well served by 1st Homecare by providing personal care on a weekly basis and hopefully will continue to do so that I may stay in my own home for as long as possible.
They never let you down and do what you ask.
I am pleased by the positive comments you have made but have to confess to being a little disappointed by the scores you gave us.
However, I have looked at the Quality Review you completed at the end of our...
Very happy.
Easy to contact and liaise with.
Kind and attentive carers.
Always inform of changed to schedule.
Really as I expected. Everybody very pleasant and helpful.
Regular carer on holiday so had substitutes. Most substitutes I know and they were very adequate. Only reason for a poor recommendation is that this Kings Langley Agency has changed its field of operation in the last 9 years. It no longer covers Croxley Green although it did advertise in Croxley Green when I signed up in 2010. It does it's best for long term clients but cannot cover weekends and evenings if required. I use 2 care agencies.
