Regular carer on holiday so had substitutes. Most substitutes I know and they were very adequate. Only reason for a poor recommendation is that this Kings Langley Agency has changed its field of operation in the last 9 years. It no longer covers Croxley Green although it did advertise in Croxley...
Regular carer on holiday so had substitutes. Most substitutes I know and they were very adequate. Only reason for a poor recommendation is that this Kings Langley Agency has changed its field of operation in the last 9 years. It no longer covers Croxley Green although it did advertise in Croxley Green when I signed up in 2010. It does it's best for long term clients but cannot cover weekends and evenings if required. I use 2 care agencies.

Overall Experience
The 1st Homecare carers are kind and caring. They encourage my dad to be independent where possible and remain patient with him. They are excellent at communicating with me and they are understanding and supportive during difficult periods.
The office staff are also very helpful.

All my dealings with 1st Homecare have been very positive. My mother's carer is very nice and everything is reviewed once a month by a manager. I think this is excellent as it shows that the company cares about the service they provide.
