Staff:
Wellspring manages and implements a programme of staff planning, selection, recruitment, training and personal development to enable service users care needs to be met.

All staff at Wellspring have undergone background checks that is, DBS. Staff are trained to provide quality personal care that meets the standards with dignity and respect. Wellspring staff are consistently updated through training and continuous practice of personal development. This enables them to confidently and skilfully deliver quality care that suits and meets the needs of the service users.

Wellspring's care packages are designed to be flexible to accommodate changing needs. Knowledgeable and competent personnel will visit you in your home to discuss a care plan that is suitable for your needs.

My brother is disabled and had several issues relating to his disability. These were all successfully catered for by Wellspring staff. Management were caring and easy to deal with and went out of their way to be helpful.
My brother is now in a nursing home.

The team that attended me were excellent. They were a joy to have in my house. They were happy, efficient and very caring. We were sad to see them go. If we ever need carers in the future we will come back to you and will recommend you to others.

The team that visited us to give my mother care were kind, professional and very helpful. They had my mother's dignity and welfare in mind when they carried out care which is very important. They were reliable, coming when they said they would and didn't hurry - or give the impression that they needed
to be somewhere else - which I'm sure they did.

I found the carers were always polite and willing. They would walk my friend and make sure he drank water. Always happy and unlike most carers they 'care'. I would highly recommend it. My friend has had many carers over the years but this company is excellent.

We appreciate the four times daily care that our bedbound mum has received from the Wellspring team. They have also shown kindness to our dad, who was our mum's primary carer. The Wellspring carers are helpful and friendly, and their care has meant that Mum was able to remain at home with Dad for over
a year, before recently finally going into a care home. The carers and their manager have kept detailed records and work well as a team.

All the carers are nice, polite, and very professional, always wearing masks and PPE Protection. They have shown me compassion and are very helpful and they help me with whatever I need. I look forward to their daily visits. Great care company, and great staff.

My mother has been very well cared for by Wellspring carers, three times a day at mealtimes, and, more recently, overnight. As a family, we have found the carers conscientious, helpful, and friendly. They have shown dedication and professionalism. Some individuals have gone way over and above in their
level of personal commitment. They have kept detailed records and have been very well supervised by their manager.

I have found the member of staff who attends to my husband to be polite, caring, friendly and smart, a pleasure to have in the house. Always clears up after helping my husband and does it with a smile on his face.

The carer was always prompt and fully accommodating if an early call was needed and would phone ahead if running late. Always applied PPE. Very polite, friendly and sensitive to needs required. The alternative carer is also very good. Administration staff are very thorough and patient when taking details.
As this service was provided by the council I am unaware of the cost but suggest value for money as good.

I found your carers to be helpful, patient, caring and going out of their way to look after my aunt. They would telephone me with any concerns that they may have had. My aunt needed to spend a couple of weeks in hospital, they even visited her in their own time, which I thought went above and beyond
what I expected. They keep accurate records of day-to-day care. I would like to give special thanks to them for this - amazing ladies

Lovely ladies, really felt that my nan was cared about. Always friendly and talkative. Great care, and would recommend. There was one main person who came to the house, and she was excellent. I would be really happy knowing she was looking after my relative, extra special thank you to her.

Polite and caring. Did anything you asked them to help you with. Gave you time to get yourself ready and help you become more independent. Always friendly, helpful and encouraging. Sometimes AM calls were quite late but tea calls were at a much better time! Very professional and well-trained staff.
