Staff:
Wellspring manages and implements a programme of staff planning, selection, recruitment, training and personal development to enable service users care needs to be met.

All staff at Wellspring have undergone background checks that is, DBS. Staff are trained to provide quality personal care that meets the standards with dignity and respect. Wellspring staff are consistently updated through training and continuous practice of personal development. This enables them to confidently and skilfully deliver quality care that suits and meets the needs of the service users.

Wellspring's care packages are designed to be flexible to accommodate changing needs. Knowledgeable and competent personnel will visit you in your home to discuss a care plan that is suitable for your needs.

Wellspring have been caring for my father, who has dementia, for the last five months and the service they have provided, has been excellent. As a company, they are very attentive, checking in with me regularly and always available to discuss queries. I cannot praise the carer highly enough. She is
efficient, kind, caring and a great support to my mother, who is Dad's full-time carer. She is knowledgeable about dementia and has given us many helpful suggestions to help to improve my dad's day to day living. If you are looking for care for a loved one, I cannot recommend Wellspring highly enough.
