The quality of care you give to my cousin is excellent. I am impressed with your concern for his welfare and how you manage his special needs is outstanding. My cousin has found it difficult to accept carers, but you and your staff have worked hard to gain his trust and improve the quality of his life.

An excellent company. All carers were friendly and treated my mum like she was their own Mum. They could not do enough for Mum and they were very reassuring to me as I lived an hour away from Mum.

Taunton Homecare Services came to my rescue in early Jan 2021 after existing care arrangements for my Mum (who has dementia) had fallen apart. I called several homecare services without much luck but Taunton Homecare Services were responsive to questions, welcoming and provided easy to digest information
about their services. They rapidly put a care plan and arrangements in place and over the past 11 months, have been able to ramp up care visits to meet Mum's changing needs. Being a smaller company, Mum has enjoyed a rota of a small number of carers. The carers, management and office team have been a pleasure to work with and have reduced the stress I felt in trying to care for Mum from afar.

I cannot thank Taunton Homecare enough for the care they have provided my mother over the past 12 months. Consistency of the office staff and carers made life easier because they built up an understanding of my mother's needs and wants, delivering person-centred care. The carers were always professional
and respectful at all times and always friendly too. They were quick to keep us updated about issues, large or small. I can understand why they have already won a top 20 home care provider south west 2021 regional award. Thank you so much.

Taunton Homecare's 'ladies in pink' have been amazing. Mum was fiercely independent and disliked having carers in the house, initially. However, they persevered and figured out a way to get Mum to accept them. She even invited them in for a cup of tea towards the latter stages! Taunton Homecare offered
advice and solutions when asked and somehow managed to accommodate, at times, short notice requests for unavoidable changes to the rota. The house was always kept clean and tidy and the carers communicated with each other effectively regarding Mum's care needs. Thank you Taunton Homecare.

My 91-year-old brother was in a care home, health deteriorating rapidly needing palliative care and then end-of-life care. The family thought he should be moved to a nursing home particularly as his only family were two brothers living 160 miles away. He was determined to spend his last days at his
home in Taunton. We were introduced to Taunton Homecare Services who together with occupational therapists, medical equipment suppliers and very helpful neighbours installed my brother very comfortably in a ground floor room in his own home where he could look out onto his beautiful garden. His mood lightened immediately and thanks to the wonderful, almost full-time care that the manager and her team provided he spent most of the last three months of his life with a smile on his face. Not without its challenges for the carers but all dealt with patiently and efficiently, always keeping me informed. Our grateful thanks to everyone at Taunton Homecare Services.

A wonderful group of carers who looked after my wife so well in the last few weeks of her life. Very well organised. Always so kind and courteous; never in a hurry. Always time for a chat and got to know my wife as a person, not just a client.

My mother needed care at very short notice. I did not have time to do any research into care companies and Taunton Homecare Services were available at short notice to accommodate my mother's needs. I had a meeting with the registered manager at a social distance as I am shielding. She was so easy to
talk with, it was like meeting a friend. I feel so lucky that Taunton Homecare Services were available in my hour of need. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
