My mother needed care at very short notice. I did not have time to do any research into care companies and Taunton Homecare Services were available at short notice to accommodate my mother's needs. I had a meeting with the registered manager at a social distance as I am shielding. She was so easy...
My mother needed care at very short notice. I did not have time to do any research into care companies and Taunton Homecare Services were available at short notice to accommodate my mother's needs. I had a meeting with the registered manager at a social distance as I am shielding. She was so easy to talk with, it was like meeting a friend. I feel so lucky that Taunton Homecare Services were available in my hour of need. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

All carers I have met that look after my Mother do a fantastic job. They all treat my Mum as an individual and she is looked after extremely well, which allows her to remain in her home. What a great team.

The company has been excellent, both office staff and carers. Kept informed if carer running late due to unforeseen circumstances. The family are very pleased with the service provided. My mother has no issues with the service and enjoys meeting all the staff who are very professional and friendly.
