Klass Care has been my mum's care provider for the last 10 months. My mum is mentally incapacitated and had been bed-bound for the last four years. 'Her' girls are angels without wings. The care they give my mum is amazing - they treat her with such kindness, compassion and respect and have become a lifeline to me and my family, allowing me to live a relatively normal life knowing that the care they are giving her is the nest, and my mum loves and trusts them all.
Wow! Thank you for this amazing review, please don't forget the part you play in your mum's care, without all those lovely meals that you prepare, going shopping for your mum and ordering and collecting her prescriptions, we would not be able to do such a grand job. Both you and your mum are a pleasure to support.
Klass Care are very responsive to comments and opinions of both kinds and are a pleasure to deal with.
One small request: will all carers please give 10 minutes notice before serving lunch.
Thank you for your review, we try very hard to respond to all our client's requests. All CareGivers who support you have been asked to give you a lunch is ready in ten minutes warning to allow you enough time to wash your hands and get to the table so you can eat your meal piping hot, just the way...
Very good considering they didn't know me. They helped me out. Absolutely marvellous.
