So who is perfect? Klass Care try hard but are only as good as their employees - who vary considerably but work hard to earn the praise they are given.
Klass Care are very responsive to comments and opinions of both kinds and are a pleasure to deal with.
One small request: will all carers please
give 10 minutes notice before serving lunch.

Thank you for your review, we try very hard to respond to all our client's requests. All CareGivers who support you have been asked to give you a lunch is ready in ten minutes warning to allow you enough time to wash your hands and get to the table so you can eat your meal piping hot, just the way you like it. We aim to be as close to perfect for you as we possibly can do, please keep letting us know about the small details that we can do to continually improve the service we provide.
