We've been extremely impressed with the care and support provided for my 93-year-old father since coming out of hospital. Giovanna, Terry, Lisa, and the whole team have been professional, reliable, kind, and genuinely caring at all times.

They've also been very supportive and considerate towards my 85-year-old mother, which has meant a great deal to our family. We're very grateful for all their help and would highly recommend them

I have been aware of Aphoenix Care for a long time living in the village where they are based. I have heard amazing reviews from people who have and are using them, hence when my father-in-law came out of hospital having fractured his femur, they were our first thought. I can honestly say they have been a godsend very caring and respectful and also supporting my mother-in-law through this as well. We will continue now with the service they provide into the future to bring the best life for my parents-in-law and to keep them in their own home. Would highly recommend.

All care staff are lovely and care for Frank, nothing is ro much for them. From the first visit.tracey arranged care to start within 24 hours which gave everyone peace of mind.Best company for care. They spend thr full time and support his wife with house tasks.

"My daughter has had the pleasure of being a client of Aphoenix for over five years and we have found the staff amazing. They never find anything too much to do for her. They take her out and do nice things and also help with trying to do the garden during her social calls. Would thoroughly recommend Aphoenix care

Very good everyone very helpful they take me to appointments and take me shopping and I go to their lunch club and really enjoy myself, they also help me ok after my pets I have a dog called Teddy and a cockatiel called Paulie

Aphoenix Care I have found to be a company that has proven over the past six years I have been associated with them to be outstanding in their services having given passionate care to my late wife. Since then they have provided me with companionship in hosting regular meetings with other service users. Arranging transport to and from venues, where a lunch and entertainment such as a quiz, bingo and the opportunity to engage with other service users. Describing it to be like a family gathering would be an understatement.

Apheonix have looked after my mum for quite a few years now. All of the carers that look after my Mum have been kind and caring with her with many of them going above and beyond in their work with her, showing her real friendship and love. As I live some way away from my Mum, it has been comforting to know that she's cared for by such kind people on a day to day basis.

The attitude and application of my wife's care is always greatly appreciated. The staff at Aphoenix show kindness and continuous support which gives me reassurance when I am at work. Nothing is too much bother and they will always go that extra mile . I would highly recommend this company, keep up the good work

I am very happy with the care that my mum receives from Aphoenix Care there is always someone on the other end of the phone if I need to speak to anyone. I have built up a very good working relationship with the carers and the office team

I find all the staff very helpful. I get picked up when there is a club meeting. I do the quiz on club days. We also have a meal provided by the carers which is normally very good. So all in all I am very pleased with the service.

Wish there was more consistency with times of visits AM visits can be anything from 7 - 10:30a, evening are usually better but lack information on who is coming and at what times.

Terry, Sophie and all the staff has always been amazing with my mum. They show compassion understanding and go above and beyond in everything they do. Amazing team and they always put the people they support 1st.

Fantastic care company. Always on time, compassionate and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Sid (service user) loves the carers that come to him. If there are any problems, he just picks up the phone and it gets sorted. Can't recommend them enough.

Not living in the UK, my mother's care has been entirely entrusted to the team at APhoenix. My mum - as stubborn as they come - also lives with limited mobility and dementia, along with the loyal company of her pug. Thanks to the dedication, patience, and genuine care of her support team, she has been able to remain in her own home.

They engage her in both physical and mental activities, keeping her stimulated and connected. Through shared stories, laughter, and consistent support, the APhoenix team has provided my mother, for over 2 years, with the compassionate care she needs - and given me the peace of mind of knowing she is in very capable hands.
