The office staff are always available to answer any questions and offer advice.

Found them very easy to talk to about my mother's condition, and they moving forward well with her care, and keeping me informed on a regular basis, and my mother who has mixed dementia is looking and feeling much happier

Aphoenix Care provides a team of very reliable, considerate, and caring carers who go beyond their duties to look after my Mum who sometimes is quite difficult. The carers are always helpful and supportive, I certainly could not continue my work without them. If any issues have arisen they have been dealt with promptly.

From the very start of Aphoenix taking care of my bedbound, double incontinent, very poorly husband when he was cruelly discharged from hospital, they gave him excellent care. They went out of their way to cater to his needs and were on the end of the phone when I rang them to help him. They looked after my husband with such dignity and care as he was a very proud man and absolutely hated what he ended up being. They were there almost to the end when he died 5 weeks ago. Then, they went out of their way to comfort me afterwards. I highly recommend this company and couldn't have wished for better care for my beloved man.

I find the service provided to me is first class. They are always there for me in person or on the phone. I live alone, (my wife sadly died in 2012) so to have someone who cares for you, to be there, is priceless.

I am extremely happy with all aspects of care from Aphoenix. Two carers arrive four times each day and no matter which carers come, they all bounce in and perform their tasks efficiently whilst chatting to their client and generally making him feel very happy. They deal with all his needs and nothing is too much trouble. I would have no hesitation in recommending Aphoenix to anybody requiring a happy, friendly, professional care package.
