We have been using Foxbridge for 19 months now and their care has always been excellent from our very first meeting, very professional with excellent customer service.
The manager has been very adaptable as Mum's condition has deteriorated quite quickly and they were promptly able to provide live-in
carers following a stay in hospital.
All carers have been patient, attentive and able to offer many solutions. They have really enhanced Mum's quality of life and helped my family to feel secure knowing Mum is so well cared for.
They take time to get to know the person they are caring for and their personality and adapt their care to suit. They treat my mum like their own family and have very quickly become part of our family.
All carers speak very highly of their manager who is very hands on and visits Mum regularly and helps out whenever needed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Foxbridge, they give great peace of mind to your loved ones.

The manager (and her team) visited my father at home for about a year. She primarily got him up, washed and dressed and ready for breakfast. She was amazing! She was so calm and patient and my mother was so pleased when she knew she was coming. My father was gradually deteriorating and eventually was
placed in a nursing home in February 2023 but for the time leading up to that time she was a fantastic support for my mother.

My mother's care needs were well catered for by Foxbridge. Very helpful and very attentive. I really appreciated the manager stepping up to help straight away at short notice. She was very understanding and extremely helpful; it was very reassuring.

The staff at Foxbridge are wonderful. They are good timekeepers and adaptable when we needed to up the care. They treated my parents with kindness, dignity and always had time for a friendly chat. As circumstances changed we would ring the number that was given and any changes were acted upon immediately.

Always found the staff very helpful, and friendly towards my parents. They were always respectful, and would go that extra mile if needed. We only had them for a short while, but for the time that we did we were very satisfied with the support that we received.

My husband has received very prompt and efficient nursing care. The agency has been very adaptable, as his condition rapidly deteriorated and he quickly needed more help than the three sessions that we signed up for 3 weeks ago. The manager herself came on an unscheduled weekend visit when a crisis
occurred. They immediately provided two carers twice daily for 7 days a week to fulfil his new needs. They care promptly on time. They are caring and supportive, pleasant and considerate, showing a high standard of nursing care.

I receive my care visits twice a day. Every day I look forward to seeing my carers because they are so kind, very caring, supportive, bubbly and very competent in their job. When I came out of the hospital after a hip operation, I needed my ted stockings changing each day. In addition, I was supervised having a shower. Our carer and supervisor were fantastic in trying to look after my father. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.
Unfortunately it became clear my father needed further care and now resides in a care home. But a massive thank you to the care provider and supervisor for everything they did.

Having worked at management levels in highly innovative and progressive organisations that are in a multi-cultural environment. I also have a pivotal role in promoting, monitoring and maintaining high standards of clinical practice and developing a cohesive team of carers. I previously had a qualification in travel and tourism and this has helped the business and customer service side of the business. However, now I am training to be a social worker and this will allow me to view and experience the healthcare side in a different view.
