Foxbridge has been caring for my mother for a few years now. Both my mother and I are very pleased with the care and attention they have given her over this time. All the carers have been friendly, efficient and professional. My mother has got to know the carers that visit, and she is always pleased to see them. She is now in a care/nursing home, but the Foxbridge manager and the carers enabled her to stay in her own home for a few years.

Foxbridge Healthcare Solutions has supplied a reliable and well-supervised care package for my partner for over six months. All staff have supplied a friendly, respectful and caring service which have met our needs. The company has been responsive to changes in requirements over time and accommodates our needs.

All carers speak very highly of their manager who is very hands on and visits Mum regularly and helps out whenever needed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Foxbridge, they give great peace of mind to your loved ones.

The manager (and her team) visited my father at home for about a year. She primarily got him up, washed and dressed and ready for breakfast. She was amazing! She was so calm and patient and my mother was so pleased when she knew she was coming. My father was gradually deteriorating and eventually was placed in a nursing home in February 2023 but for the time leading up to that time she was a fantastic support for my mother.

My mother's care needs were well catered for by Foxbridge. Very helpful and very attentive. I really appreciated the manager stepping up to help straight away at short notice. She was very understanding and extremely helpful; it was very reassuring.

The staff at Foxbridge are wonderful. They are good timekeepers and adaptable when we needed to up the care. They treated my parents with kindness, dignity and always had time for a friendly chat. As circumstances changed we would ring the number that was given and any changes were acted upon immediately.

The carers who come to look after me are wonderful. Always smiling, kind, patient and very compassionate. I always look forward to their visits; it lightens my day. They laugh and chat with me. Always willing to do extra work. Very professional. Their work means a lot to me.

Always found the staff very helpful, and friendly towards my parents. They were always respectful, and would go that extra mile if needed. We only had them for a short while, but for the time that we did we were very satisfied with the support that we received.

I have always found all the visiting staff to be very friendly and kind and very efficient. Very pleasant and knowledgeable people. Lovely!

My husband has received very prompt and efficient nursing care. The agency has been very adaptable, as his condition rapidly deteriorated and he quickly needed more help than the three sessions that we signed up for 3 weeks ago. The manager herself came on an unscheduled weekend visit when a crisis occurred. They immediately provided two carers twice daily for 7 days a week to fulfil his new needs. They care promptly on time. They are caring and supportive, pleasant and considerate, showing a high standard of nursing care.

I receive my care visits twice a day. Every day I look forward to seeing my carers because they are so kind, very caring, supportive, bubbly and very competent in their job. They always go the extra mile to make sure I am well looked after during their visits. I will highly recommend this care agency to anyone thinking of having a homecare package of their choice.

When I came out of the hospital after a hip operation, I needed my ted stockings changing each day. In addition, I was supervised having a shower. I was treated with great care, attention and friendliness. I would have no hesitation in recommending Foxbridge to anyone or in booking them again should I need care.

Unfortunately it became clear my father needed further care and now resides in a care home. But a massive thank you to the care provider and supervisor for everything they did.

The wonderful support worker at Foxbridge Healthcare cared for my grandmother over the past nine months. Every staff member spoke to my grandmother with respect and care and I feel comfortable that she’s been well cared for. I will always recommend them to anyone.

Carers are very professional but also attentive and friendly. They have been very flexible and adapted the care to the changed circumstances of COVID. Processes are thorough and communication is good, both within the care team and with us. The care provided is excellent.

Our carer has been first-rate. She is always smiling and very helpful. She does every type of job we have asked her to do to assist us. She is highly efficient, very clean and tidy. We could not ask for anyone better.
