Foxbridge Healthcare Solutions answered a call for urgent respite care and quickly displayed the experience, competence, and experience required to overcome the patient's natural reluctance to receive the most intimate of assistance from a stranger and establish the trust and respect that is the basis of a long term caring relationship.

Overall Experience

The two carers come to visit me every day of the week. Perfect cooking of my meals and personal hygiene twice a day were excellent. Both carers have a wonderful personality, always engaging and very patient, and go an extra mile to make sure that I am very well looked after. I would recommend either of them to anybody who requires home care service.

Irene Mapuranga Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager Joined: 2019
Irene Mapuranga

I joined Foxbridge Healthcare in July 2019 and I have worked my way up the ladder starting as a junior office administrator and now working as an office manager. I have worked on both the clinical and administrative sides and Foxbridge has given me the opportunity to work and show my skills. I previously had a qualification in travel and tourism and this has helped the business and customer service side of the business. However, now I am training to be a social worker and this will allow me to view and experience the healthcare side in a different view. Together with the work I do for the company and university I now know my passion lies in healthcare and I will not be going anywhere except to help Foxbrige reach new heights.

Melissa Ayman Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer Joined: 2024
Melissa Ayman

I am an experienced and dedicated professional with a strong background in the care sector, having worked in various roles that have allowed me to develop a deep understanding of care standards, compliance, and quality assurance. My career began in Human Resources, where I honed my skills in recruitment, training, and staff development. This foundation has given me a solid understanding of the importance of building and supporting high-performing teams, and I have successfully transitioned into a Quality Assurance Officer role, focusing on maintaining and improving care standards across services.

I am passionate about ensuring that care is not only compliant with regulations but also person-centred and tailored to the individual needs of those we care for. I thrive in environments where continuous improvement is valued, and I am committed to fostering a culture of excellence through ongoing training, audits, and collaboration. My experience with CQC inspections has equipped me with the skills needed to support services in meeting regulatory requirements, and I take pride in helping organisations pass inspections while delivering high-quality care.
