My mother has been supported by Kirsten's Care since the summer of 2022. The team have supported her to live at home for as long as possible, only moving into nursing care when the time was right for her, and for us as a family. I cannot thank the team enough. The ladies were always professional and
responsive, and above all, kind (to us all). Their tenderness and support has meant so much to us all. I would not hesitate to recommend the care provided to others. Thank you!

Mum has used Kirsten's Care for the last two years, primarily to visit each morning to dispense medication and for companionship, but also as eyes and ears for us to provide us with the assurance that a professional is keeping a look out for her, as we don't live locally enough to pop in as regularly
as we'd like.
The service we have been given has been great, with regular updates and feedback whenever necessary.
The support given to Mum on the day my father died was excellent, and above and beyond what would be expected of a carer in the circumstances.
The support from management has been excellent throughout, and I would thoroughly recommend Kirsten's Care. Thank you, ladies!

All the morning carers are well-trained. They are friendly, polite and helpful. I know that they are short-staffed and sometimes arrive late. But they are worth waiting for, always positive and cheerful. They get the day off to a good start for both of us. I would definitely recommend Kirsten's Care.
Recently
a live-in carer looked after my husband for a week while I had a respite holiday. She was lovely. She kept to a routine and cooked nice meals, but I'm not doing her justice. She was so friendly, cheerful and organised. My husband enjoyed her company, and the house was immaculate. It's the first time I've seen a beautifully folded and ironed fitted sheet! I was sorry to see her go.

We have found Kirsten's Care very understanding and helpful in meeting our needs and aspirations; sometimes we feel we were not the easiest of clients but Kirsten's Care responded always with care, consideration and where needed compromise. Lovely staff, always responsive, always caring and cheerful
and whilst there may have been the occasional hiccup this was more likely due to a misunderstanding by the Client. The response from Kirsten's Care has always been constructive to any problems. Overall, we rate your service very highly and would not hesitate to recommend Kirsten's Care; should we need help and advice at some further point in the future we will look to you for your proposals and a care plan.

Having MS and after a small operation on my hand I needed help with getting in and out of bed and dressing. So I approached Kirsten’s Care of Woolpit, Bury St Edmunds and I am so glad I did. I can’t speak highly enough of the help and care I received. All their carers who helped me while I was recovering
from my operation were wonderful. They were so considerate and helpful and knew what I wanted before I even asked for it. My carers became my friends and I looked forward to seeing them every day.

We’ve been using Kirsten's Care on and off for a few years but have recently increased care needs. Kirsten's Care have stepped up in every way possible. Having used a number of local agencies this is the one I’d recommend. They are so professional yet friendly, supportive and caring at the same time.

Kirsten's Care provided care for my mum for two years which allowed her to stay in her own home right up until she passed away age 90. I can highly recommend the company. The team were caring, dedicated and above all very kind to my mum, as well as treating her with dignity and respect. As an only child
living 80 miles away and working full-time but visiting every Saturday, I knew my mum was in safe hands! Nothing was too much trouble for the team, carer's and office staff and they were always available to talk things through when things needed to be changed and care increased. The words 'thank you' just doesn't cover it!

The care and support my mother receives from Kirsten's Care is exemplary in every way. The girls are always on time, which means a lot. They are dependable and always cheerful. Lovely supervisor, who is always helpful. They take much of the worry out of my days and I could only manage with them. The
carers are rostered for continuity of care. Having experienced other agencies I would not change again. Thank you to the carers and management alike for keeping my mother independent.
