We’ve been using Kirsten's Care on and off for a few years but have recently increased care needs. Kirsten's Care have stepped up in every way possible. Having used a number of local agencies this is the one I’d recommend. They are so professional yet friendly, supportive and caring at the same time. I feel totally at ease leaving my husband in their care. I know he will be cared for and have fun.

Kirsten's Care provided care for my mum for two years which allowed her to stay in her own home right up until she passed away age 90. I can highly recommend the company. The team were caring, dedicated and above all very kind to my mum, as well as treating her with dignity and respect. As an only child living 80 miles away and working full-time but visiting every Saturday, I knew my mum was in safe hands! Nothing was too much trouble for the team, carer's and office staff and they were always available to talk things through when things needed to be changed and care increased. The words 'thank you' just doesn't cover it!

We have become very confident with the care provided by Kirsten's for our dear friend since engaging their services in June 2020. Despite the challenges arising from the Covid crisis, the carers have continued to visit our friend 3 times every day. They have always shown kindness and a sensitivity to her condition.

Kirsten's Care is consistently caring and supportive of my mother. She waxes lyrical about the carers who visit her and looks forward to their visits. She is well supported by them and they often undertake tasks that I consider beyond the call of duty!

A really amazing care company, I cannot recommend Kirsten’s highly enough. All the carers are local and lovely and take just the right approach with my grandma. The office management is second to none, always on hand to help with any request or question. If you’re looking for care please don’t look any further.

I am very satisfied with the care provided by the Kirsten's Care team. I find the ladies friendly and helpful and they carry out their duties in a professional manner. The office is easy to contact and very accomodating when an occasional change or extra care is requested.

The care and support my mother receives from Kirsten's Care is exemplary in every way. The girls are always on time, which means a lot. They are dependable and always cheerful. Lovely supervisor, who is always helpful. They take much of the worry out of my days and I could only manage with them. The carers are rostered for continuity of care. Having experienced other agencies I would not change again. Thank you to the carers and management alike for keeping my mother independent.

Caring and professional staff who will always put my husband in the centre of all they do. There seemed to be some communication problems in the office, but this has now improved.

I always believe if you pay for a service for a certain amount of time you should get that service but not with some carers they kept cutting corners to save time.

I have no fault to find with any of them.

Over the past year, we have received excellent care from Kirsten's Care. The company have gone out of their way to choose the very best staff possible. They treat my mother with kindness and respect. They are patient and spend time listening to what she needs. Their hygiene is also good. I have found the office to always be ready to help change anything for appointments. They are also there when I have needed to just talk things over with someone concerning my mum. I would like to again say a big thank you for the professional care given. We have previously had care elsewhere and in comparison to your company, it fails to match you on most counts.

This is the first time I have used a care agency. I personally live 2 hours from my mother and with her age and ailments looking after her became very hard. With the Kirsten's Care team, Mum has been looked after really well and I feel very comfortable with her situation now. Mum really enjoys and benefits from the visits she has and the team go above and beyond to help.

My only problem has been with timing, as the arrival time for the hour of caring has varied from 10 am to 11 am and the planning for who is to visit next seems to change daily, so that someone will tell me that "X" will arrive at 11 am and, two days later, a different person will arrive at a different time. This makes it difficult to know when to take a shower, after which I need help!
