Kirsten's care provided care for my wife for 2 years before she had to go into a care home
she has Parkinson's with dementia
in all the time Kirsten's care attended to her she had care from them second to none nothing was to much trouble and the carers became firm friends as well as providing day

to day care so much so that they have been to my wife's care home to see her
you do not normally get that kind of service/care on a day to day basis and if I could have kept my wife at home they would still be caring for her.
the office staff always helped out with any hiccup we had
my wife felt valued all the time as did I

Kirsten's Care have honestly gone out of the way to accomodate my parents needs in supporting my dad at home. They are reliable, caring, thorough and most definitely put the clients needs right at the forefront of importance before any caring work is carried out.
They ensure that carers names are listed

in advance so that my parents always know the time and carer that is coming on that shift. They are very reliable in the times they arrive etc and have all shown huge respect to both my mum and dad in sharing the needs and capacity needed in everything they do to help them both.
Listening to the needs of the client is of utmost importance to each carer that has visited and any of the team helping me to set up the care plan for dad. In addition to the actual care provided, any medical needs have been highlighted promptly and dealt with very swiftly and professionally. Ideas to improve situations at home also been very helpful.
So pleased we now have Kirsten's Care on board to help us

Overall Experience

Kirsten's Care have been so accommodating and supportive with my father's care.
They listened, understood, and took on what ever was asked of them. They also extremely caring to wider family.
I would not hesitate in recommending to others as I feel confident in the care they give.
My father's care

has gradually altered since returning from hospital and they helped to provide the correct varying levels.
They are also ready to be there if more care is needed. They are excellent at communicating from providing Rota and times to returning phonecalls and offering a friendly ear.

Overall Experience

Mum's needs have increased steadily over the years she has lived with us. Mum now needs a great deal of care and relies on her carers for her medication needs as well as for her personal care. All this is dealt with professionally and ensuring that Mum's dignity is assured.
Mum has got to know her carers

and is confident in their care for her. She is treated with respect and the carers talk to her about what they are doing or anything else she would like to talk about. We also appreciate the way we can share any concerns about Mum's health and wellbeing with the carers who come to help her. They often have ideas to help with particular care issues from their care experience which is very useful
When we need to go to work , we can leave Mum knowing that her carers will continue to look after her with care and compassion while we have to be out.

I have received good care from the Company. The Carers are all kind and efficient and carry out their duties skilfully. Being a longstanding client, I have known some of the girls for quite a time and got to see them as friends. The Office staff do their best to sort out any problems we have, despite

Overall Experience

Kirsten's Care provided adhoc care and support for my mum whilst she was staying with me for Christmas. It was quite short notice too, thank you to the Client Liaison Officer for sorting all this out, the care plan was extremely detailed. Mum enjoyed the visits and the lovely company from all the carers

who attended. It was a relief and comfort to me, knowing mum was safe and had everything she needed on the days I had to work. Many thanks and I will definitely be contacting you again when mum next visits Suffolk.

Kirsten' s Care have been visiting my elderly father for the past year and I actually cannot fault them as a team. They are extremely reliable, always turn up at the agreed time and have never let him down. He enjoys the visits and care he receives from all the team and they certainly do a wonderful

job for him. The social aspect has done wonders for his health and he always says how he has a good chat with them all and looks forward to their visits. The team at the office are very professional and are always willing to listen to your needs and act on them accordingly. I can highly recommend Kirsten's Care and as well as helping my father they have certainly helped us as a family too. Thank you to all at Kirsten's Care.

One staff member in particular at Kirsten's Care was extremely communicative, caring and understanding when setting up the care package for my mother when we brought her home from a care home, I just wish we had got her home earlier since the home care was so much better than the home she was unfortunately

in. I would like to thank Kirsten's Care for choosing my mother's carer. She was amazing, she came in fully prepared to support my mother's recovery but it was clear to us she was dying and I was so grateful to have the carer with us at that time. She has a strong grounded and extremely professional presence and she made everything much more tolerable. I cannot recommend her and Kirsten's Care highly enough.

Kirsten's Care provides excellent services and employs caring and dedicated staff. Each member of staff formed excellent relationships with my mother, who was very happy. Only one issue arose, when a male carer was sent to help my mother have a bath, which she declined. Minor issue, though I appreciate

the difficulties in finding qualified staff. That apart I have only praise for this excellent organisation.

I have autism and mental health along with various other physical disabilities. I am supported by a care company and had Kirsten's as well. I am very disappointed with Kirsten's care company. They were notified by two of my carers to disable my visits, by two different emails (have proof) and it was

agreed my visits would end. Had my last two visits. The following week a person from Kirsten's showed up. I told them they weren't meant to be here and they'd had two emails that had been acknowledged along with a phone call 21 days before hand. They even emailed themselves confirming it all (have proof). I was given no choice but to accept the visits or I'd be billed anyway. Next day my leading lives carer put a complaint in. He was reassured it was a mistake their end and I wouldn't be billed. Well a week later I have. So again he put a complaint in and they're now lying, saying the email bounced and they only received them a week after they were sent. CQC complaint is now being done.

I am really happy with the care provided for my Mum. All the carers are friendly and respectful and eager to help. I dont know what we would do without them. Mum needs quite a bit of help these days and before finding this care I would think twice about having days away or just a day at home to myself

but with the care in place I feel I can grab a little time for myself. Mum is very worried about leaving her home and going into care and with this help in place it has allowed Mum to stay in her home for much longer. Many thanks to all the carers who are doing a fantastic job.

Kirsten's Care has been supporting me and my family with Mum's care for two and a half years, initially with companion care and then as Mum's dementia advanced and her needs increased, with daily tea-time help. Mum also attended Friendship Friday Club which she really enjoyed not just for the companionship

but also for the range of talks and activities organised. I was recommended Kirsten's Care by a friend and I would have no hesitation in recommending them myself to anyone else requiring care or assistance. All the carers and companions who visit Mum or help out at Friendship Friday are, without exception, friendly, kind and compassionate. As a company, I can really say that Kirsten's Care do genuinely care about their clients, communication is excellent and the support and guidance I have received as Mum's care needs have increased has been wonderful. It has allowed us to keep Mum in her home and independent for as long as possible. Thank you to all at Kirsten's Care.

Overall Experience

We chose Kirsten's Care three years ago when our mother was no longer able to care for herself physically but wanted to stay in her own home. They offered her an affordable and flexible care plan that they were always happy to tailor to her changing needs. They were patient and calm and very good at

communicating Mum's situation to us. The carers were very kind and some even became her friends, visiting in their spare time and bringing their kids to say hello or bringing something to amuse or interest her. They would often invite her to social events and only her poor physical state prevented her going more often. They would take her to see the doctor and to the hospital when we couldn't be there. We grew to be very fond of the Pink Ladies as she called them and were delighted when several came to her recent funeral. We are very pleased to recommend them.

As the son of a client of Kirsten Care, my experience of them has been excellent. The care they have given my father has been top notch and they are a company who do actually care about their clients. Support is terrific and communication is fast and appropriate for the conditions. I like their continued

drive and passion for improvements and developments, such as Friendship Fridays and trips to the seaside, along with games and arts and crafts to stimulate the clients. Having worked at the London Ambulance Service, I have an experience of care homes and can say this is one of the best I have encountered. The fees provide value for money and the staff are second to none, providing continued support and flexibility. I would heartily recommend Kirsten Care.
