Level 5 Social Care Leadership Management

Noura started with C4 Care in 2020. She has a degree in Social Care & Management and advocates going the extra mile to provide the best possible care for her clients.

Samar has worked in the care industry for the last 10 years and brings with her a great deal of knowledge experience and a fresh way of looking at the care industry. She has a Level 5 qualification in Social Care.

Hayley has been with C4 Care since 2019. She has worked in quality care for 15 years and brings with her a great deal of experience.

Coming from a recruitment and training background, Tasha has over 25 years of experience in healthcare and recruitment. As Training and Compliance Manager, Tasha looks over the day-to-day compliance for all applicants and the management of her team.

Lindsey's role involves providing care and support for children's packages with complex medical and social needs. She is responsible for assessing and preparing appropriate carers to meet the needs of both the children and their families. A key part of her role is communication, as she liaises with various professionals within the multi-disciplinary team to enhance care delivery and ensure optimal support is achieved.

Kate's role involves coordinating and managing the care of individuals with complex medical, physical, and social needs, ensuring optimal outcomes and efficient resource utilisation. She collaborates with healthcare professionals, clients, and families to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.

As a Quality Assessor for C4 Care, Sandra is responsible for conducting assessments and completing service users' support plans. She also carries out supervision and spot checks on carers while maintaining records on ACP. This process allows Sandra to monitor the quality of care provided by care workers in the field, ensuring that service users are well looked after and receive the best possible support.

Manager Day-to-day finances for C4 Care including weekly payroll to carers and weekly invoicing to Clients.

Assist with all aspects within the accounts department for C4 care. This includes weekly payroll for carers, weekly invoicing to clients, credit control and updating all council & NHS portals.

A coordinator is a general title for a person who brings together various elements or individuals to complete a project. Collaborating with clients or employers, finance teams and other team members on budgeting and allocating funds. Delegating tasks to appropriate team members.

My Job role includes making sure rotas are completed and having great communication between myself, staff and our clients. I attended the NWVS Cascade training at Wythenshawe Hospital, which now allows me to help learn carers to use this equipment whilst also signing their competencies off. I'm also on a train-the-trainer course at the end of this month which will cover moving and handling.
