We switched care providers after being let down by our previous provider. Hadi Care was recommended by friends. Very pleased that we went with them. They took on board all our concerns and put a care plan into place that suited our needs. The carers go above and beyond to make sure Mum is comfortable
and well looked after. It's very refreshing to see a care company going that extra mile to make sure the client is number one priority. The carers take time to make sure everything is done correctly and always consider Mum's needs. Nothing seems to be too much of an ask and they're always friendly and make Mum feel at ease. The transition from providers has been great. The administration side of things has also been great, good communication with the office and any queries and concerns are dealt with efficiently. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I am very happy and satisfied with my mother's carers provided by Hadi health care team. The carers have been very caring and kind toward my mother. They always treated Mum with dignity and respect. My mother is very happy with the carers.

Excellent service. Management looked after our needs and the carers were really nice and did an excellent job. We needed Bengali speaking carers and they provided that with no problem. I couldn't ask for a better service. Highly recommended.

From the start, the team have been outstanding. The dignity and care they showed to my stepfather were amazing, and the respect for my mum and the rest of the family at this difficult time, really showed how caring they all were.
We felt safe with them and trusted them straight away, all the carers
were highly skilled and knew what they were doing; we couldn't have asked for a better team. They made my step-dads last days so comfortable and peaceful, and we can't thank them enough.
Highly, highly recommend.

I’ve used services in the past, which have been good, however, Hadi Care has stood out for me; they have gone the extra mile to meet my and my wife needs. They are very considerate and are always putting service users needs first. I have been using their service for just over a month now, and wow, they
are good. I have been in difficult situations where I have put obstacles in front of them, but the manager is very polite, considerate and understanding, always willing to do what is best for us; he makes me feel like I can be open and honest with him and he does not judge. He is a great leader, and I see this in his staff; they carry his attributes, attitude and drive to do great and make people’s lives matter, most importantly, make us feel good within ourselves.
Hadi Care, I’m glad I found you, you are great, and keep up the hard work.

Mother has Alzheimer's and severe mobility issues. After some research, I came across Hadi Care and am very glad I did. It was also important to find an agency that was culturally fitting, where carers who spoke both English and Punjabi/Urdu/Hindi etc and were understanding of both South Asian and British
cultures. We have experienced the services of a few agencies and I can affirm that Hadi Care has not disappointed. The manager, who is the face of Hadi Care, is a pleasure to work with; I have found him to be, very professional, personable, a great listener and keen to implement a client-led care service. Flexibility is imperative in the homecare arena and reviewing care needs and implementing them is crucial from time to time; The manager has been competent in demonstrating this aspect of client “care need” and “implementation” and has done so effectively and swiftly. We have found the carers to be punctual, quick learning, empathetic and friendly and we would confidently recommend Hadi Care.

With my mother being elderly and unable to complete certain tasks, it was paramount for me to find adequate care and the key thing was to find a company with a personal touch. Having enquired with many companies I was recommended Hadi Care through a reputable source. My observations over the past months
have been nothing short of witnessing outstanding care for my mother. Having the security and comfort and knowing that my mother is being well looked after and in good hands leaves me content in knowing she is receiving the best of care. I can't speak highly enough of the staff, the resilience and integrity of them all is second to none. Having attentive staff who genuinely take time out to check on my mother and not only complete their duties but also take time out to have a conversation and catch up. Thank you to the exceptional management team. I can't recommend Hadi Care enough, thank you for all your help and support.

Hadi Care has provided my mother in law with exceptional care ensuring her health and safety during night care was given and was kept a priority. With consent checks during the night to make sure she was well in bed and given the correct medicine throughout the night.
The carer was also great company
for my mother in law during the evening, communicating in Punjabi so she understood clearly. This meant that she had someone to talk to whilst having her dinner on an evening and before leaving in the morning ensuring she was out of bed and well.
Contacting Hadi Care was a smooth process they offered me information and help and was understanding with the needs I needed for my mother in law, communicating with them was easy and effective and they ensure I was comfortable with the whole process. I would highly recommend them. Thank you.

Hadi Services has been the best form of service for my mums care, who currently suffers from vascular dementia. The whole family has been supported by this brilliant kind, caring and hard-working carers by the Hadi Services, complete peace of mind, efficient and always on time. Quick to respond to any
calls and emails. We have all been very comfortable with the carers who are a credit to themselves and the Hadi Services. Good luck and keep up the good work.

The staff at Hadi Healthcare are dedicated and hard work working and go out of their way to help you with your needs.
My mum who is over 90 years old says the carers are very friendly and talkative. She is very happy with them because they speak the same language as her so she can easily ask them
to help her with her needs.
I feel comfortable leaving my mum with the carers. They provide an excellent service. One of the best decisions I have made is going to Hadi Healthcare.

Right, where do I start from? I came across Hadi healthcare Services through a friend. I needed a carer for my auntie. I usually used to look for one myself and then train her to fit in the requirements for my aunty which was getting quite stressful for me so I switched from another agency to Hadi Healthcare
Services.
The best decision ever made by me and my auntie.
Can't thank the manager enough for what he has done for my auntie, he went out of his way to make sure my auntie got the carer who spoke the same language as her and was fully trained to do all the tasks my auntie needed doing.
Definitely would recommend Hadi Healthcare Services for all you out there looking for professional reliable care services for your loved ones.

We have been very happy with the care provided to my 96-year-old mother by Hadi Healthcare Services. The carers have been very genuinely caring and kind and have always treated Mum with respect and dignity. They are reliable and use their initiative to get around any minor issues which may arise in
caring for a very independent lady. They are enabling Mum to achieve her aim of staying in her own home for as long as possible. The manager has been very supportive and always available to discuss Mum’s care and to monitor how things are going for her. Initial minor issues were swiftly dealt with to tailor the care to Mum’s individual needs.
