My dad Ronnie passed away on the 12th January.

I would like to say thankyou to all the staff who helped my father during his illness.

I would especially like to thank Jordan and Ethan for all the help they gave him, he thought very highly of them and was happy to see them. They put a smile on his face even though he was in pain. We also appreciated them going to the funeral. My dad would have been happy with that.

Before our Monday to Friday carers, it was extremely stressed caring for my disabled husband, I was at breaking point. The lads have made our lives so much better, they take pride in their work. I would highly recommend the Monday to Friday carers. They even make me a cup of tea and breakfast in the morning! They really cheer me up.

Friendly, caring and helpful staff. They are always happy to help with my needs. Due to my anxiety I struggled receiving different carers each time so I rang the office and they were very understanding and now for the majority of my care I have the same carer who is brilliant.

I cannot begin to express how wonderful the carers from Esteemed Life Care Preston have been; they were respectful, thoughtful and extremely good at all the tasks they performed. We could not have managed without their care and knowledge.

After completing research into home care providers in the Preston area, I selected Esteemed based on their online reviews and after talking to the registered manager. The care package was put in place very quickly, and the carers have been brilliant with Mum.

My mother-in-law has been using the Esteemed Care services 3 times-a-day regularly since September 2024. She had found the quality of the services satisfactory and any amendment in the periods of service that were required in short notice had been dealt with by Esteemed Care Management promptly.

If you love your parents like I do this is the company for you. This company provided care for my mother for over 18 months before her needs required a nursing home. My father then needed care at home during cancer treatment. The company ethos is exceptional, they are an extension of your home. Nothing is 'outside' of their duties. If it needs doing to support your family it will be done. If you have queries they are dealt with professionally, quickly and resolved. Staff are lovely and caring. The management exceptional, pragmatic, and guide you through the complex system of care at home and providing practical support to help make the support work best for you. We have had difficulty with companies before that had been imposed upon us by the hospital/local authority and therefore are aware of the difficulties that can arise. When we transferred to this company it was like a breath of fresh air. You feel safe knowing your loved ones are receiving support. Cannot recommend enough.

Caring, efficient service who are helping to support my dad who has Alzheimer's. Nothing is too much trouble and the client (and family) are at the heart of the service. Well done!

I have been with Esteemed Life for sometime. They have always put my needs at the forefront and I feel completely satisfied with the service. The carers are first rate and I always feel they are caring for my needs. I would certainly have no qualms in recommending them to anyone who is in need of a care agency.

The carers are always polite and take care of my daughter. She can sometimes be slightly abusive through her illness. Overall they perform adequately and professionally.

I have been treated with respect and dignity the carers have been wonderful, done all that has been asked and more, and have opened my social life and helped me with independent skills but all the staff have been wonderful.

We are currently happy with the service being provided by Esteemed Life Care. The carers are generally reliable and provide a good service. Two members of staff are particularly good, but all of the carers that visit are fine.
