Excellent service provided. Thanks! The current package ok at the moment.
From what I have personally seen. I am very happy with his care.
Happy with the service and support.
The carers are friednly and helpful. They make sure my husband has had lunch and is ok when they leave him.
Both myself and my partner have received care provision for 12 months for my partner's complex and simple health problems and to give respite. The office and staff and carers provided have all been a great help and considered our care needs fully in a professional and caring manner. We are very happy with the company and have recommended them to others.
Overall care is great. A lack of language skills makes me worry that my partner is not getting enough or the correct food.
A friednly team, sometimes language can be a slight problem and can be the accuracy of time visits.
My care is good and the carers are excellent.
It's ok, the company. Too many can't cook because they don't do it at home, nearly had cereal done in the microwave. They are getting to know what I need, like how I like my cuppa etc. So overall, not bad.
From the beginning of my contact with Esteemed Life, care has been good. The carer and staff have maintained a high standard of care, respect, friendliness and professionalism. They are caring individuals who do a good job.
My complaint is that management is arrogant and very unprofessional. I waited for 1 day and no one phoned me. When I complained she said I have more important things going on. When I asked her not to send that carer no more she said okay, but then put him back on ignoring me again. She then asked carers to phone me if I wanted care but when I complained she said, oh that should not be going on. She then said that they were wrong and had words with the staff but it turns out that she gave her permission in the first place. Most of the staff are great. You can try this company and if unhappy you leave.
Arranging visits was very easy, management staff all very pleasant. Carers turned up when arranged and on the whole, did as requested and were liked by Mother. Did have a problem with one particular visit but spoke to management about it and assured it will be handled differently in future. We are about to book again so that is the best recommendation.
They are all very professional, respectful, efficient. Nothing is too much trouble. They go above and beyond to help. All the carers are a credit to the job. I can't speak highly enough of all the carers.
We have just started using Esteemed. Excellent staff, carers are all experienced and great office staff if you have any questions.
More communication would be helpful regarding bowels in particular.
Can't fault them overall.
The carer has been excellent with my wife, treating her like a person, with dignity and is very supportive. She is great at what she does.
I don’t know what we would have done without the support of the team at Esteemed Life. Our original care plan for my parents broke down at the last minute, and the team responded to our request for help immediately. Within just a few days we had carers in place. The situation with our parents is not easy, with a lot of resistance to carers from our father, but Eesteened Life have worked so patiently, flexibly and supportively with us to find the right person and the right schedule, changing the times whenever we needed, and offering us thoughtful advice based on real depth of experience, to see what would work best for our parents. Our main carer is a lovely person, kind, warm, a gift for building relationships and has managed the seemingly impossible, to build a relationship with our father and take him out on trips which he really enjoys. Thank you for working with us in this way and for being alongside us on a difficult journey. It feels like it is more than a job, the team really care.
I am very happy with all carers. They are fantastic with Mum, with care and very positive chatting with Mum. They are brilliant at their job and would recommend them to anyone looking for carers.
I am very happy with the care I receive from the carers, always very friendly and helpful in everything asked to do.
We have used a number of different agencies over the last 14-months for both my mother and father-in-law, but I must say, none compare to Esteemed.
I have worked with both the carers and office staff closely in which my mother-in-law was in the best of hands. The office staff were able to answer all my questions and update the system regularly due to the ongoing weekly changes.
For the carers, the majority provided excellent care, and those who were unsure, due to the ongoing changes that came with my mother-in-laws deteriorating health, were keen to please the family and interested in learning how to change the care requirements.
We are grateful for the care provided by all the carers as the situation would have been completely different/unmanageable without them.
