I can only say a big thank you to you all for the care you gave my mum. Although it was only for a few days, I felt that I knew you all really well. You were so caring and I could talk to you all freely. The service both at the home and on the phone was professional. Thank you all once again.

I have found the carers to be very kind, helpful and willing to do whatever makes me comfortable and meets my needs. Some are good at anticipating these needs. I always feel better after their visits when they have washed and dressed me for the day.

Exteemed Life Care - Preston have been very helpful to me and especially my wife who has terminal cancer. The staff are very willing to help, are cheerful and good at helping with everything from bed baths to simple bed making. They are very well trained. Esteemed Life Care = Preston are also very flexible, even when I have had to cancel or re-instate visits when my wife is hospitalised.

I have been very happy with the care and compassion shown to my father-in-law by the carers that have visited us. They have all been kind, respectful and accommodating during visits, nothing has been too much bother. They have also been a great support to the family around and have looked after us too during visits, whether it be making cups of tea or taking time to listen and talk. The management have also always been very helpful and extremely supportive. It has been so easy to contact them and when visits have had to be changed or we have required extra support, changes have been made very quickly.

The agency are providing end of life care for my father, four time per day and four overnights each week. All carers are warm, friendly and capable. They are also proactive. We’ve found the agency to be responsive and flexible when we’ve asked to change hours or arrangements. We’re very relieved the NHS referred us to this agency and we’d have no hesitation recommending them to others who need these services.

In the short time the Esteemed Life Care cared for our mum, they looked after her with such compassion that helped us know she was in such good hands. They came to our aid just as we were in need of support and gave us time, at night, to have vital time to rest. We have already shared our positive experience with the three carers who looked after mum, all lovely ladies, and a very professional care service.

We found all the carers to be very efficient in caring for my mum. Also very friendly towards her and us as a family. When dealing with management, I found her to be very efficient and explained the details of our package very well with concern and empathy.

My mother required overnight support as she was end of life. The carers showed compassion and understanding of her needs. They accessed a palliative care nurse input when needed that ensured my mother was not in discomfort. The family were able to get rest during the night knowing my Mum was in safe hands. Thank you.

Early days but all the carers we've met have been great, very pleasant and professional people.
