I would like to thank the carers for their excellent and efficient way they looked after my sister for several months. They always arrived with a smile which brightened our day! They were very compassionate and helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. They were very polite at all times , even though my sister could be difficult to care for on occasion, because of her health problems. I would recommend them for their dedication , empathy to their clients and their excellent skills and we would be lost without their help! Their manager should be very proud that she has a remarkable team working for her! I cannot thank them enough!

My father meant the world to my family and me. As his health deteriorated and his care needs became increasingly complex, Everbright Homecare provided us all with much-needed support, care and love. Dad's carers became a part of our family and understood his needs implicitly. Everbright Homecare allowed us all to continue living our lives whilst having the reassurance that Dad was comfortable and cared for. The administrative team and manager were adaptable to Dad's needs and highly accommodating. Although Dad has now passed away and we will no longer be requiring Everbright's service, I could not recommend them more highly. Maria - I would like to thank you for everything.

I've been with ICare Network for a couple of years and I'm thrilled with the care I have received from the company and the individual carers and I can't recommend them highly enough. My carers have become my family and they go above and beyond to make certain my quality of life is as high as it can possibly be. The manager and her team have been simply amazing with liaising with my doctors, specialists, social services, community care services, other agencies and care practitioners to make certain I have an extremely high level of continuity of care. My care has thrown many complex situations at ICare Network and my stalwart carers and they have always handled everything with utmost respect, dignity, grace, and aplomb. I have nothing but admiration for the excellent support I have received in situations I know challenged both myself and my carers in ways they will not have encountered before yet I have never doubted their willingness or ability to support me. To the manager and my carers, my love and eternal gratitude.

Very happy to see how at ease she was with the carers. Gives her something to look forward to twice a day and reassures us she won’t forget to eat or take her meds or empty her bag.
