The manager was adept at putting together an amazing team of regular carers that suited my mum's needs and personality. The whole team managed an impressive balance of professionalism and kindness and dealt with everything with skill, warmth and empathy, from personal care and domestic support right through to social interaction and emotional support. As my mum's needs changed, the manager and the whole team were incredibly flexible and always quick in responding to an ever-changing and at times difficult situation, adapting the care plan and the shifts to exactly what was needed. I can't recommend Pinewoods highly enough and we feel incredibly fortunate that we were able to be supported by the manager and her brilliant carers. Thank you, all of you!

I have been using Pinewoods Homecare for my aunt since last summer. During this time I have found the carers to be kind, helpful and very supportive. They are excellent at anticipating my aunt's needs and nothing is too much trouble. They are also very flexible in their approach and will always try to accommodate any extra appointments if needed. As I do not live near to my aunt their assistance has been invaluable and myself and the extended family would be lost without them.

The last full month of Pinewoods Homecare looking after my sister (a dementia patient). The amount of care provided was exemplary.
