The majority were thorough and careful. All were kind and on time.

My Mum was very reluctant to admit she needed help, let alone let strangers into her house, but Alina have provided compassionate and considerate care from the start. Alina was the first provider I approached. They visited Mum in her home to talk about what help she wanted and listened to her. We didn't approach anyone else after that and I haven't regretted that. Mum is delighted. And that's all that matters.

My daughter is supported by Alina Homecare, while I am working. The girls have become an extension of our family, they not only give my daughter great care they support her with her choices and my daughter is excited when they come to our house. I trust them with my daughter implicitly, this means I can go to work and not worry, knowing they treat and care for my daughter with dignity and respect.

My 90-year-old mum still lives independently at home but now needs some help with showering. I approached Alina Homecare who came to Mum's apartment to discuss her needs and listen to what she wanted. What was nice was the fact time was taken to get to know Mum, her likes and dislikes and discuss what we wanted doing within the allocated time. The girls are all very attentive and look after Mum, she now feels like they have become her friends which shows she feels comfortable with them. They're very professional and at the end of the visit fill in their report which can be assessed by myself through the app. I definitely highly recommend Alina Homecare and if the time comes we need more help would not hesitate to ask.

My husband has been looked after by Alina Homecare Andover for nearly 5 weeks now and cannot praise them enough. The carers look after his medical needs efficiently, have taken him to the GP surgery, and encouraged him to take short walks. They are happy to share a laugh and a joke with him on his good days but are also sympathetic and understanding on his bad ones.

Overall I am very happy with the service Alina provide to my mother. In challenging times the staff are kind, cheerful and show Mum dignity and respect. Yes, there are occasional problems, but nothing that can’t be easily resolved. Thank you and keep up the good work.

We have been very pleased with the level of service and care provided by the Manager, the Field Care Supervisor, and their Andover team. The carers who come in daily are cheerful, friendly, and helpful, often going above and beyond the call of duty. If any issues and problems arise they are dealt with swiftly and efficiently. The app is an excellent tool providing peace of mind to relatives who cannot visit. The Manager and the Field Care Supervisor are always at the end of the phone for reassurance. Thank you to all.

Wow, the manager and her team have been amazing. We managed to get mum out of hospital, but it was three days before she woke up and asked for a cup of tea. The manager and co have been so supportive, flexible, and encouraging for the last three weeks, coming on board at a day's notice and managing to fit us in. They have been there for us in our hour of need, especially the manager who rearranged her childcare so she could help us in a crisis over a weekend. We now have mum in a much better condition than when she came home and are now looking at the next stage. It will be a shame when the girls stop coming in to see us. I just hope there are such carers when I am in need of them myself.

We started using Alina when my Mum's health deteriorated greatly due to her cancer symptoms worsening. After a thorough home visit by the supervisor, the initial visits started very quickly and I was very happy with the service that we received from all members of staff. The service provided is very flexible and they were able to provide a second daily visit when requested. We only used them for just over 2 weeks (as Mum was admitted to a hospice), but I cannot recommend them enough as all staff treated her with kindness and respect when she was close to the end of her life. I also felt that they gave me time to ask questions at a difficult time, which was greatly appreciated as her main carer. All visits were on time and all staff were great at explaining everything clearly to Mum (as her cognition was not good).

My dad was 97 when Alina Homecare Andover first came to provide 24 hour in-home care. They were a revelation in compassionate and empathetic assistance as he quickly declined into dementia. In his final days, doing those personal jobs that needed doing whilst the shell that had been my dad declined they excelled and, when he died, holding my dad's hand in those last moments was just everything I could have hoped for being 125 miles distant. Simply put, just highly recommended.

The Alina homecare team, led by a very responsive, strong, and experienced leader, are compassionate, kind, thoughtful, fun, proactive, and consistently go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my parents are cared for not only physically but also mentally - that they are as happy as possible, cared for on an emotional level. They engage with mum and dad on a human level. Whilst they go about their work they might play them some music, talk about the family, laugh with them and listen to their needs and desires and respond as flexibly as they can. My mum has moderate dementia - she loves to laugh and chat and likes to keep herself looking good. The team make sure that happens. My dad can't walk. Life is frustrating for them both. The Alina team have been an utter and total lifesaver for the family during the pandemic - keeping us up to speed, really responsive to additional needs - we just could not have asked for better care. I started using your services in January this year and have been very pleased that I did. I was feeling vulnerable as I had 2 falls in November last year. As time goes on it is possible that I will need to increase hours if I need more personal care. At the moment everything has worked out fine and I am feeling quite confident with the present arrangement.

Alina healthcare workers are all extremely helpful and friendly while caring for my brother. There is nothing that they could do any better. I am totally at ease knowing that the carers attending to his house four times a day are all efficient and understanding of his needs. The carers not only assist with his daily care needs but they help him physically to get his limbs moving after an awful accident last year. My brother is so happy that the carers can all have a joke with him and make his day a lot easier. Best care company and would definitely recommend to anyone in need.

Always on time. Come through all types of weather, rain or snow. Always have a smile for us. Do not cut corners, always do a full job.

Alina provided excellent care for my husband, the carers became like part of the family. They were always friendly and I felt confident about the care they provided which made it possible for me to be able to care for him at home, myself and family are grateful to all the team.

A good service with a management who are prepared to listen and take action as and when required.

The ladies who come to me are always friendly, cheerful and quite willing to do anything asked of them. They prepare and cook my midday meal and dessert very well and always make sure I have fresh drinking water. I wear a leg catheter and it has to be changed weekly. A job they do well. I am elderly, live alone and pleased to see them.

I cannot fault the care that my nan gets from ever carer that steps through our door; they are polite and friendly, even in these crazy times at the moment where my children are home, so its a madhouse; they even speak to the children. My nan loves it when the carers come twice a week. Thank you for helping me and just giving me a little break.
