Legend Integrated Care

I've used a lot of agencies in the past throughout my life, however, I came across Legendary Integrated Care and ever since then I've not looked back to go with another provider. Legendary Integrated Care are the only agency I've used that actually focuses solely on the client and person-centred care not the money at the end of their work. I would thoroughly recommend them if you have a family needing quality care.

The staff who cared for my late Mum for more than 3 years were exceptional: My Mum had dementia and very limited mobility following a stroke and throughout this difficult period the carers were always cheerful, caring, smiley and always had a laugh with my Mum. It isn't easy or pleasant work but they managed to care for her to a very high standard. Their care was very much appreciated by the family and I would definitely recommend this agency to others.

They are great with doing all the necessary tasks that our dad needs on a daily basis.

Legend started providing care for mum for just an hour a day. This has slowly increased to now caring for both my parents and on a 24-hour basis. My mum (who has dementia) is delighted when she sees them and they put her completely at ease. They have been very helpful with assisting us with obtaining various appointments and advising us on how to proceed with care within the home. They appear to have an extensive knowledge and list of contacts! I would definitely recommend this very caring agency and its hard-working staff.
