Nigist is an experienced and dedicated Care Manager with over 9 years of extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Through her academic achievements and hands-on experience in various roles, she has developed a strong foundation in health and social care.
Nigist holds a qualified nursing degree, which provides her with the clinical expertise and knowledge required to deliver high-quality care to individuals with a wide range of needs. Her commitment to ongoing professional development led her to successfully complete a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, which equips her with advanced leadership and management skills in the healthcare environment.
As a Care Manager, Nigist is passionate about promoting the dignity and independence of those in her care.
She excels in managing teams of caregivers, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Her leadership style is supportive and collaborative, which fosters a positive working environment and encourages staff to reach their full potential.

Her responsibilities include managing care schedules, coordinating staff allocations, and responding promptly to any changes in care needs. She also oversees key compliance processes, carries out assessments, and ensures that all services meet regulatory standards. In addition, she supports the development of the wider team by training new supervisors and office staff, helping to maintain consistency and continuity across the service.
Holding a BSc in Accounting and a Master’s in Business Administration, and currently working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management, Nimi brings a unique blend of organisational, leadership, and analytical skills into her role. This combination supports her ability to manage operations effectively while maintaining a strong focus on quality care delivery.
With over 5 years’ experience in the care sector and a passion for people-focused support, she is committed to creating a reliable and well-structured service that clients and families can depend on. Known for her dedication to client well-being and attention to detail, she believes that effective coordination is key to delivering compassionate, person-centred care.

Navpreet brings a unique blend of educational expertise and hands-on care experience to her role as Field Care Supervisor. She holds a Master’s in Commerce and a Master’s in Education, reflecting her strong foundation in both business and teaching.
She began her career as a teacher, specialising in commerce subjects, where she was known for her student-centred approach and ability to simplify complex concepts. Her passion for supporting others naturally led her into the care sector, where she has spent the past three years working as a professional carer.
During this time, she has developed extensive experience in supporting individuals living with dementia, providing both practical assistance and meaningful emotional support. Her empathy, patience, and dedication to improving the well-being of others are evident in her approach to care.
Having progressed from Senior Carer to Field Care Supervisor, she now uses her experience to support and guide carers, ensuring high standards of care are consistently delivered. She is committed to promoting person-centred care while contributing to the development and confidence of the wider team.
