My experience with this care company is very positive I've been paralysed for twenty years and I'm forty-two years old and threw twenty years I have had many different care companies and I rate this company the highest on performance, being on time getting me up dressed and ready for the day, very friendly carers and in the job for the right reason which is to care unlike some care companies I've been with, this is not the case so myself I feel very fortunate to have this care company getting me up in the mornings, they have not failed me. Many companies have you laying in bed for four hours and you don't know where the carers are but with this care company I found this not to be the case, I've been in other care companies where I've been asked if I could go out for my own tea because they didn't have the carers to make my tea but not the case in this company very satisfied, I would highly recommend it to anybody.
Very friendly carers, helpful most of the time. Felt at ease with them. We were a little annoyed that we were not told by you or social services that a new company of carers was taking over my care. Since new carers took over, the council has raised my weekly payment by over 100% (47.10 to £97.10). This is not satisfactory as they did not notify us of this increase.
