The team at Caremark Warwick work tirelessly to ensure their Customers continue to enjoy living safely in their own homes for as long as possible. They treat their Customers with compassion and dignity whilst helping them maintain their independence. Caremark's bespoke Care plans are tailor-made to meet each Customer’s specific requirements and budget.

Caremark Warwick were inspected by the CQC in August 2021 and received Good ratings across all 5 key criteria and therefore an overall Good rating.

There is no limit to the type of Home Care Caremark can deliver – it could be a daily 30 minute call to assist with general domestic needs or it could be a more complex situation where 24 hour live-in care is required. They also cover everything in between – all aspects of Personal Care, Preparation of Light Meals, Assistance with Shopping, Administration of Medicines, Accompanying Customers to Appointments, Respite Care & Support, Overnight Care and General Companionship.

All Care Assistants have received their Covid vaccinations, receive regular Infection Control training and are provided with full single-use PPE.

Mum started having her care package put in place after we lost Dad. Mum has dementia and the carers who go in twice a day are fantastic with her. She engages with them, she loves their company. They take her shopping, help with personal hygiene care, sorting out her meals from the freezer, anything
she needs/wants they help her. With myself and my brother not living local to Mum, they are an absolute Godsend in helping us with Mum’s care. Even at very short notice over the weekend just gone, the managing director who owns/runs the company was more than willing to accommodate an extra visit. I would definitely highly recommended Caremark to anyone looking for a reputable care company to look after family members. They are extremely caring and reliable.

My mum has been very happy with the support she has had from Caremark over the last few months. All the carers are very kind and helpful. Mum especially appreciated the patient and understanding care that she was shown recently when she became unwell, and the carer was happy to stay with her until the

My sister and I engaged Caremark to provide some companionship for our 86-year-old mother in January 2023. Following a bad fall in April, we were delighted to learn that Caremark was to provide a care package on her return home from the hospital. We have found the carers to be thoroughly professional
and - most importantly - always available on the end of the phone for advice and support. Dealing with our mother’s frailty and early-stage dementia was never going to be easy, but it was made considerably easier with Caremark. Thoroughly recommended.

I have been a client with Caremark for some considerable time and have received help after a long stay in hospital, post-COVID care when I was extremely frail, post-operative care after a serious accident and now a daily visit to help with personal care. On all these occasions, the staff have been very
professional, polite, kind, caring and encouraging and supportive. They are given training before they start and are encouraged to study and gain more qualifications. Queries are dealt with promptly and a regular carer is provided when possible. This helps me enormously to feel safe with someone I know and who knows my needs and routines. It helps to provide a smooth, effective and efficient service.

My mum has been with Caremark a year now and has a daily visit every morning - prior to this she had care intermittently for the last five years with two other care agencies.
Mum likes the professional behaviour, they do not chat about other carers or clients and I get her rota emailed to me the weekend
before. She is always pleased to see who will be visiting her and I know that Mum's manager goes out of her way to ensure Mum has her visits and often covering herself and Mum likes her.
They are very efficient and do a great deal of work in the short time and it really gets Mum set up for the day ahead.
Mum takes her medication from her blister pack independently which is vital to keep her well and they prompt her if needed. What I do like is they only ring me when appropriate and I feel that is because they are well trained to know when it is important although I would never have a problem if they needed to contact me.
An excellent care agency.

Caremark has been helping my mother-in-law and they have been extremely helpful in providing care and support for her. They are always kind and friendly, and the service has been great. My elderly mother is now showing signs of short-term memory loss so I visit her twice a week. As I was going on holiday I didn't want to leave her for more than a week, so I called Caremark (Warwick) in.
The process for holiday cover was simple and easy to organise. After a quick phone call to the
office, they sent a supervisor out to do an assessment and then a rota was sent to me to let me know what times they would be coming.
The carer was kind and courteous towards my mother.
This service gave me peace of mind and meant I could enjoy my holiday without worrying. If you are looking for respite or holiday care then you will not be disappointed.

Found Caremark easy to deal with whilst arranging minimal care visits for my Mum who has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and needs assistance showering etc. They arranged times around her routine and have been reliable, friendly and patient when attending. My wife was diagnosed with Alzheimer's about four years ago she falls over and has broken both her left and right femurs. She is loosing her cognitive powers and as her full-time carer I needed respite. Carmark are providing two four-hour sessions and they have been very caring and helpful, my wife
has accepted them easily and I can now pursue personal interests.
The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially at this difficult time.

We have used Caremark for the last six months. I can honestly say the service and support we have received has been excellent. The carers work with my daughter who has complex disabilities and requires extensive support. I have found the carers to be very conscious of meeting the needs of my daughter
and they treat my daughter with a smile and a welcome every morning. The carers are very thorough with bathing and hygiene requirements and always care for my daughter in a dignified way. Regarding the management. I have found the management to be very supportive and responsive to any requests we need to make. The management have ensured that my daughter's care has been consistent and we have never been let down throughout our time with Caremark. A rota is provided every week and all administration requirements are all up to date.
To conclude, I can 100% recommend Caremark.

Having had a very bad experience this time last year, when my husband went into a care home so I could have a respite break, I was determined he would never have to go through that again. This year I contacted Caremark to enquire about the possibility of a carer living in while I had a long weekend
break. It was organised and worked out wonderfully. My husband had a carer he likes and gets on with and she was essentially me for the weekend. I was able to message her to check in and also able to talk to my husband. While she was here she caught up with all my laundry. I honestly could not have asked for more and when I got back my husband was happy and smiling. I'm definitely planning on doing this again.

We have been very pleased with Caremark. When my husband was ill we needed help twice a day and all the nurses were kind, helpful and punctual. The company has been reliable and flexible in catering for our needs and now we just have a carer once a week for an hour to keep an eye on him while I am out
and to do some housework.

In January 2022, I asked Caremark (Warwick) to provide morning care for my mum. Evening care was being provided by another care provider but I was unhappy with their service in regard to their management, administration and carers. I wanted to use the two different providers for a while to see how they
compared. Caremark is much better than the other care provider.
I’m happy with the service provided by Caremark. They contacted me if there was an issue I should be aware of. On one occasion my mum had taken the incorrect day’s medication from her blister pack. The carer noticed this, called 111, the care coordinator called me and the carer waited for me to arrive, past the time the visit should have ended, whilst discussing my mum’s medication with the 111 adviser when they called back.
Communication with the office, the owner/managing director and the care coordinator has been first class from my initial enquiry. No chasing for replies to emails, as there was with the other care provider we used.

We were recommended to Caremark six months ago and they have transformed all our lives immeasurably. After a very bad five-month experience with a care agency that was allocated to us, after my mother had left hospital, we were a bit apprehensive about whether Caremark could live up to all the good
reviews. They certainly have surpassed my expectations with weekly rotas sent to us and a lovely team of regular carers who all help to build my mother’s confidence in their care. I can happily recommend Caremark without any hesitation.

Our mother is severely disabled and has complicated care needs. She has had care for over twenty years now and during this time Caremark (Warwick) is the third company that we have used. We switched to Caremark almost eighteen months ago and we could not be happier with the care that she is now receiving.
The carers are fantastic; they are well trained in personal care, excellent with day-to-day tasks such as cooking and cleaning; and, most importantly, they are kind, compassionate in the way that they look after her. Mum has already built strong, trusting relationships with a number of her carers and enjoys spending time with them. The management team at Caremark are superb; they always have time to speak with my brother and I if anything urgent comes up; they have put in place extra training for staff on specific things that our mother needs; and they genuinely seem focused on making sure the client's needs always come first. We are incredibly grateful for all that the Caremark team do.
