The team at Caremark Warwick work tirelessly to ensure their Customers continue to enjoy living safely in their own homes for as long as possible. They treat their Customers with compassion and dignity whilst helping them maintain their independence. Caremark's bespoke Care plans are tailor-made to meet each Customer’s specific requirements and budget.

Caremark Warwick were inspected by the CQC in August 2021 and received Good ratings across all 5 key criteria and therefore an overall Good rating.

There is no limit to the type of Home Care Caremark can deliver – it could be a daily 30 minute call to assist with general domestic needs or it could be a more complex situation where 24 hour live-in care is required. They also cover everything in between – all aspects of Personal Care, Preparation of Light Meals, Assistance with Shopping, Administration of Medicines, Accompanying Customers to Appointments, Respite Care & Support, Overnight Care and General Companionship.

All Care Assistants have received their Covid vaccinations, receive regular Infection Control training and are provided with full single-use PPE.

A fantastic service, the carers are very professional and kind, one in particular who always brings the sunshine. All the contact has been great, they are flexible, efficient and affordable. We would definitely recommend Caremark to anyone who needs care services.

The managing director and his team were set a task to provide in-house care to my long time friend, who suffers from dementia and behavioural disturbance. They met this challenge head-on by providing an ideal candidate to meet this difficult situation. In all of my many dealings with the managing director,
he has exuded a deep understanding of the situation that we are confronted with and provided sensible, professional and at all times, courteous advice.

Great care for my nan who was reluctant to have care. Carers have been amazing; they quickly noticed ill health, and got her the medical attention she needed and accommodated her extra care at short notice. Excellent care, excellent management, would highly recommend.

I have found Caremark to be faultless in every respect. From day one, all their Care Staff have looked after my very poorly 98-year-old father with such gentle care and with dignity, respect and consideration. Their care staff are professional and have never once rushed an appointment. They have always
taken their time to fulfil their role.
The managers have been hands-on attentive and informative which has been a terrific help to me, nothing has been too much trouble.
We have been visited by the same regular friendly care team, who are dressed smartly in Caremark uniforms and always wearing full PPE before entering the house.
I really can't praise or thank the care staff and the hands-on managers enough.

Frankly, I expected the service to be as unreliable as most things at present, but I have nothing but praise for the sensitivity, dedication and understanding shown by the nurses. It's not an easy job, to say the least, but the cheery and efficient way the nurses carry out their duties is exemplary.

All carers have treated my husband who has motor neurone disease with kindness, respect and understanding. We have had an exceptionally high number of our visits from one key carer who has been outstanding in every way, carrying out all work cheerfully, efficiently and taking a real interest in our
family. The small team has resulted in good communication and continuity.

My sister and I are really pleased with the care that has been provided for our dad. We were a bit concerned Dad wouldn't settle with carers but he has been really happy and settled. They have been on time and given him his medication and food and I think they have settled in with my dad as much as
he has settled with them. We feel happy that Dad is being given great care and Dad enjoys his chats with them. We have the carers in 3 times a day and this just puts our mind to rest that Dad is okay. My sister and I still see him alternatively each day and get him his hot dinner, but knowing the carers are there for the other times is very reassuring for us. We have met the carers and they are really nice and considerate.

The carers are lovely and treat Mum with great dignity, however I will add that the carers are here to do their job, not to just sit with her and talk to her. One sat whilst I cleaned Mum's room around her, which we don't think is acceptable.

Caremark (Warwick) have been supporting my mother, who has dementia, for the past few months and the level of care has been of an extremely high standard. Due to my mother's recent changing needs, the company have been really flexible and responsive and will provide support at short notice where they
can.
My mother has the same carer most of the time and she is treated with respect and sensitivity, the carer will try and support in whatever way and will help both my mother and us as a family which is invaluable. When arranging support for a much loved family member, it is vital that there is trust with anyone providing care and I am able to carry on my work knowing that my mother is well cared for.

We have recently engaged with Caremark for the care of my father. The care he has received has been outstanding and equally as important is the kindness and support shown to my mother.
Unlike most agencies, Caremark will show up consistently at the same time and stay for the entire period they are
scheduled to do so. They have also so far kept the staff consistent so that a rapport can be established with my father so he is not seeing lots of different carers each day.
The initial care planning stages were excellent and time was taken to understand my father as a whole (including he's family), not just the medical conditions he needed to have addressed. This enabled the carers to gain a comprehension of my father as he is no longer able to verbally communicate so it would have been difficult for them to know otherwise.
I know that if anything is needed for my father, the care agency will advise as they work well as part of a multidisciplinary team.

This has to be the best agency I have been with if only for a couple of months now.
They really do take the time to listen to what I need. I have two lovely carers I feel very comfortable with them and so does Reena my assistance dog.

The consistency of having the same named carers daily has been a real benefit and essential to my wellbeing. A visit at a regular time means I can plan my day within those boundaries. Caremark started caring for my father-in-law in January 2021 after a very bad experience with another company, I cannot praise them enough, they have completely changed the level of care received for the better. All the staff we have had any contact with, either office or care staff, are extremely professional,
caring and very very kind, nothing is too much trouble. I get a text or email if they have anything to tell me about my father-in-law ie any food or medicines he may be getting low on. He feels a lot more content, happy and settled since Caremark started caring for him, which in turn makes us feel less stressed and happier.
