Found Caremark easy to deal with whilst arranging minimal care visits for my Mum who has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and needs assistance showering etc. They arranged times around her routine and have been reliable, friendly and patient when attending. Thank you as you have made our lives easier with the service you provide.

Overall Experience

Due to having a broken shoulder, I was given Caremark to look after me. I have been more than pleased with my care providers. They have been lovely ladies, caring, on time, clean and respectful. They have gone above and beyond to help with anything I’ve needed. All my caregivers need a medal. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I hope I will have your care after my next operation.

Overall Experience
My wife was diagnosed with Alzheimer's about four years ago she falls over and has broken both her left and right femurs. She is loosing her cognitive powers and as her full-time carer I needed respite. Carmark are providing two four-hour sessions and they have been very caring and helpful, my wife has accepted them easily and I can now pursue personal interests.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially at this difficult time.

Really pleased with the professional attitude of all the carers and their knowledge and care of Mum. They know how to handle her and always cheer her up given her extensive care needs.

They surpass her previous care agency in timekeeping and knowledge. Thank you Caremark.

Overall Experience
We have used Caremark for the last six months. I can honestly say the service and support we have received has been excellent. The carers work with my daughter who has complex disabilities and requires extensive support. I have found the carers to be very conscious of meeting the needs of my daughter and they treat my daughter with a smile and a welcome every morning. The carers are very thorough with bathing and hygiene requirements and always care for my daughter in a dignified way. Regarding the management. I have found the management to be very supportive and responsive to any requests we need to make. The management have ensured that my daughter's care has been consistent and we have never been let down throughout our time with Caremark. A rota is provided every week and all administration requirements are all up to date.

To conclude, I can 100% recommend Caremark.

Overall Experience

Having had a very bad experience this time last year, when my husband went into a care home so I could have a respite break, I was determined he would never have to go through that again. This year I contacted Caremark to enquire about the possibility of a carer living in while I had a long weekend break. It was organised and worked out wonderfully. My husband had a carer he likes and gets on with and she was essentially me for the weekend. I was able to message her to check in and also able to talk to my husband. While she was here she caught up with all my laundry. I honestly could not have asked for more and when I got back my husband was happy and smiling. I'm definitely planning on doing this again.

Overall Experience

We have been very pleased with Caremark. When my husband was ill we needed help twice a day and all the nurses were kind, helpful and punctual. The company has been reliable and flexible in catering for our needs and now we just have a carer once a week for an hour to keep an eye on him while I am out and to do some housework.

In January 2022, I asked Caremark (Warwick) to provide morning care for my mum. Evening care was being provided by another care provider but I was unhappy with their service in regard to their management, administration and carers. I wanted to use the two different providers for a while to see how they compared. Caremark is much better than the other care provider.
I’m happy with the service provided by Caremark. They contacted me if there was an issue I should be aware of. On one occasion my mum had taken the incorrect day’s medication from her blister pack. The carer noticed this, called 111, the care coordinator called me and the carer waited for me to arrive, past the time the visit should have ended, whilst discussing my mum’s medication with the 111 adviser when they called back.

Communication with the office, the owner/managing director and the care coordinator has been first class from my initial enquiry. No chasing for replies to emails, as there was with the other care provider we used.

Overall Experience

We were recommended to Caremark six months ago and they have transformed all our lives immeasurably. After a very bad five-month experience with a care agency that was allocated to us, after my mother had left hospital, we were a bit apprehensive about whether Caremark could live up to all the good reviews. They certainly have surpassed my expectations with weekly rotas sent to us and a lovely team of regular carers who all help to build my mother’s confidence in their care. I can happily recommend Caremark without any hesitation.

Our mother is severely disabled and has complicated care needs. She has had care for over twenty years now and during this time Caremark (Warwick) is the third company that we have used. We switched to Caremark almost eighteen months ago and we could not be happier with the care that she is now receiving. The carers are fantastic; they are well trained in personal care, excellent with day-to-day tasks such as cooking and cleaning; and, most importantly, they are kind, compassionate in the way that they look after her. Mum has already built strong, trusting relationships with a number of her carers and enjoys spending time with them. The management team at Caremark are superb; they always have time to speak with my brother and I if anything urgent comes up; they have put in place extra training for staff on specific things that our mother needs; and they genuinely seem focused on making sure the client's needs always come first. We are incredibly grateful for all that the Caremark team do.

My mother has been so well cared for by all of the staff at Caremark, they are all so kind, caring and just take time to be interested in her well-being, spending as much time is needed for her to be left safe and have never once rushed any appointment. The service they provide is very professional, efficient and very flexible, 100% better than the care my mother was receiving previously, we are so pleased we found them. We would recommend their service to any of our friends and family as we know they would not be disappointed.

The managing director and his team were set a task to provide in-house care to my long time friend, who suffers from dementia and behavioural disturbance. They met this challenge head-on by providing an ideal candidate to meet this difficult situation. In all of my many dealings with the managing director, he has exuded a deep understanding of the situation that we are confronted with and provided sensible, professional and at all times, courteous advice.

I have found Caremark to be faultless in every respect. From day one, all their Care Staff have looked after my very poorly 98-year-old father with such gentle care and with dignity, respect and consideration. Their care staff are professional and have never once rushed an appointment. They have always taken their time to fulfil their role.
The managers have been hands-on attentive and informative which has been a terrific help to me, nothing has been too much trouble.
We have been visited by the same regular friendly care team, who are dressed smartly in Caremark uniforms and always wearing full PPE before entering the house.

I really can't praise or thank the care staff and the hands-on managers enough.

Frankly, I expected the service to be as unreliable as most things at present, but I have nothing but praise for the sensitivity, dedication and understanding shown by the nurses. It's not an easy job, to say the least, but the cheery and efficient way the nurses carry out their duties is exemplary.

All carers have treated my husband who has motor neurone disease with kindness, respect and understanding. We have had an exceptionally high number of our visits from one key carer who has been outstanding in every way, carrying out all work cheerfully, efficiently and taking a real interest in our family. The small team has resulted in good communication and continuity.

My sister and I are really pleased with the care that has been provided for our dad. We were a bit concerned Dad wouldn't settle with carers but he has been really happy and settled. They have been on time and given him his medication and food and I think they have settled in with my dad as much as he has settled with them. We feel happy that Dad is being given great care and Dad enjoys his chats with them. We have the carers in 3 times a day and this just puts our mind to rest that Dad is okay. My sister and I still see him alternatively each day and get him his hot dinner, but knowing the carers are there for the other times is very reassuring for us. We have met the carers and they are really nice and considerate.

The carers are lovely and treat Mum with great dignity, however I will add that the carers are here to do their job, not to just sit with her and talk to her. One sat whilst I cleaned Mum's room around her, which we don't think is acceptable.
