Caremark Central Bedfordshire

I have used Caremark as a sitting service for my husband for the last few months. I have found them very accommodating, professional, very caring and understanding to my husbands needs.

I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Having an almost 97 year old mother is wonderful, but also a big challenge. My husband and I go on holidays and trips quite often and are trying to make the most of our time together - leaving my mum is the most difficult bit, particularly as she doesn't make it easy and makes her displeasure well known 'my family has abandoned me' being one of her many cutting comments. The staff at Caremark have been wonderful with my mum, they are lovely with her, patient and caring when covering the beginning and end of days. I feel safe in the knowledge that my mum is in good hands. This has enabled me to live my life, rather than having to choose between my husband and my mum. Thank you for all you are doing.

My friend has been using Caremark for the last six months and is so very happy with the service, the caregiver are so kind and put her needs first every time , we went to there summer party 24-6-26 and it was wonderful to see all the happy clients having such a lovely time the staff put so much effort into everything and a good time was had by all , Gemma the care manager is an amazing lady with a kind caring nature, have recommended Caremark to many of my friends,?full marks.

My Dad is the client, he finds all the staff at Caremark warm, friendly & professional. He loves the parties they put on for the clients. I have to take him to these events but even I'm impressed with how welcoming I am made to feel, How well they are organised. It is lovely to see all the clients having fun & laughter all together. I would like to take this opportunity to thank each & every member of staff at Caremark for the outstanding work they do. I could not ask for a better care company as this one to look after my Dad.

caremark has helped emensly on my personal and mental health issues helping me shower take medication and eat proper food. wash clothing and make my bed day after day. had a lovely summer party with staff and other clients 24/06/2026, food, entertainment and gifts as well as ice cream van at end was great day put smiles on all faces with pictures taken by staff. since being with caremark i have felt better mentally and my anxiety and depression have lessoned as i get better at controlling myself and feel better and cleaner in myself.

The main carer has been on time, she is kind and helpful. All of the other carers sent to us have also been good. It has meant a lot to me to have 'time to myself'.

Caremark staff have been punctual, professional, supportive and caring. They have provided helpful suggestions to improve health outcomes. The company has proved to be flexible when it comes to varying carer's visits to suit changing circumstances.

Carers provide good support to my mother, providing meals and helping her get up and go to bed. Resourcing issues mean that scheduled timings are rather erratic and a number of different carers are used, which makes establishing a routine rather difficult, but the carers themselves are very supportive and mum is happy with them.

She arrives on time, is chatty, is helpful, well presented, friendly. Helps my husband with his lunch, then cleans up. She sits with him while he watches his programs and we both like her. Even though I haven't said much I think I have said everything.

We have had care from Caremark for our daughter Grace for 5 years . We have always felt included in staffing issues concerning our daughter . We have always had great carers especially our current carer Adeila who understands our daughter and works closely with our family. We are very happy with the care provided and the understanding given if situations change. We would recommend Caremark to others.

The carecthat was delivered to my grandmother from caremark Central Beds carers were fantastic to be able to end her life at home were she wanted to be. The carers still made her smile and laugh right up to the end thankyou so much for the fantastic job you all done

Since we started using Caremark to support our mum who has dementia, we have found everyone to be friendly and helpful. Changes to days or times are handled efficiently and mum enjoys her visits from her girls.

Caremark have always been very accommodating with changes to our sons call times. Recently he has had a visit into hospital but came out earlier than expected, Caremark were very flexible in putting care back into place at very short notice. The carestaff are extremely friendly and you can see they really care about their job and the clients they see. Unlike other care companies we have used, at present we have never been let down by a care call. Overall extremely happy with how things are going and would not hesitate in recommending them to others

Their social events are very well planned and provide the opportunity for carers and clients to meet one another and have fun.

Always polite, caring and helpful. Very good at communication. Provide social events and advice when needed. Find them all to be helpful and kind. All staff member are most pleasant and considerate. Well trained in their role.

I also have plans to be more involved with the LGBTQ+ community, and I am also determined to get my house in final order and redecorate ASAP

I had to have care due to living on my own and having a knee replacement. From the initial assessment, to the end of my six week care, it was a great experience for having care which I was dreading. Office staff were great when I called, carers were cheerful and very professional right to the end. Would recommend this company to anyone.

They have helped with all my dad's needs and take their time with him. We could not praise them enough.
