Glorycrown carers look after my mother extremely well. They are very thorough and professional. I would highly recommend this care company. The carers are always friendly and kind. They always let me know if there is any change in timings. Overall, a very well-run company.

My mum has Alzheimer's and has been looked after by Glorycrown for nearly 2 years now since she came out of hospital in the summer of 2021. The standard of care and support is excellent and the kindness and flexibility shown by all the carers is heart-warming. Glorycrown is so much more caring and engaged than the big-branded franchise carers we used at first. My mum has a small team of carers who rotate and my dad (who has Parkinson's so needs all the help he can get!) uses a website to see who's coming each day. At the annual review, I was asked to voice any observations/concerns and whilst I didn't have any concerns I did have a couple of suggestions which were listened to and actioned. Highly recommended.

Glorycrown are absolutely amazing. Can’t fault them. Everyone of their staff shows kindness, compassion and an emotional connection to Mum. Not only that, they are brilliant at keeping us informed via messages, phone calls and the app is brilliant for us to look at to see how Mum is doing. Can’t fault any aspect of the service. You hear such horror stories about care but Glorycrown restores your faith.

The care currently being given to my 79-year-old wife is way beyond my expectations. Her bad anxiety means I too suffer distress and our regular care lady gives me the strength to keep going. She is always cheerful and upbeat and ready to rush to help us between regular visits even though she has to rely on the local bus to do so! Phone advice and reassurance are always there when a crisis occurs. To put it bluntly, she is a true Angel of Mercy. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for all you are doing for us both. It is good to know that companies like Glory Crown and their staff still exist in this sad old world.

Glorycrown Healthcare has been caring for my mum for the last four months; they have enabled my mum to stay living in her home, stabilised her health conditions and helped her to keep her independence. They have developed a care package personalised to Mum’s needs. The staff are really professional and treat Mum with great dignity and respect, they work together as a team and they are incredibly reliable. When there is an unexpected crisis they always attend to Mum quickly, there is always a manager available to contact who coordinates an appropriate response to the situation. Communication with Glorycrown is outstanding, the manager and staff are very supportive. Each care visit is logged on the app, so it is easy to check how Mum was at the visit and see if there are any points that need addressing. I have no hesitation in recommending Glorycrown, I feel fortunate that they were appointed to care for my mum and am so appreciative of all they do for my mum.

We would wholeheartedly recommend Glorycrown and consider ourselves fortunate that they were appointed to care for our father.

Exceptional care looking after my father by each member of staff that visited. We looked forward to seeing them every day. My father did not want the care initially but I said ' please try dad', after his first visit he looked forward to their visits. So much care and empathy was given to my dad, never rushed and I would highly recommend this company to anyone. We miss them all after my dad's passing as they became almost like family.

I cannot speak highly enough of my carers from Glorycrown Healthcare Ltd after my recent ankle surgery. All of the carers were respectful, pleasant, extremely helpful and aware of my needs. They were a delight to have here, help me and they made a huge difference to me every day. I cannot fault them in any way, especially one member of staff who was my mainstay throughout. From the first day that the staff entered our house to look after our 88-year-old Mother, who thankfully had a very short illness, they treated us all with the utmost compassion, care and respect. Being on call for a few queries/worries we had, chasing the Doctor to arrange medication for our Mother, which we were struggling to get and even going to the Chemist to pick it up so that we did not have to leave Mum. They supported us right to the end and beyond - thank you to the staff and the Company behind them. We would heartily recommend Glorycrown - thank you.

We were all very happy with the care provided by Glorycrown. I cannot thank them enough for making everything easier. Although their services were only required for a short amount of time, they went above and beyond to ensure my grandmother's comfort. I will never forget them. They also took time to speak to me and other relatives, offering words of comfort.

Thank you is not enough to say, I really can’t recommend this company enough. We had a live-in carer for my nan in her last few days, and they felt like family. It made me and my family feel so safe to leave my nan overnight so we could go home sleep, rest and be able to be her family instead of caring for her instead. They went above and beyond, I can’t thank them all enough.

My father-in-law was cared for by the small team from Glorycrown three times a day for the last 10 days of his life after being discharged from hospital. We cannot fault the team for the care they provided during these 10 days. The owner/manager was quick to recognise that my father-in-law needed two carers rather than the one specified by the hospital and this was accommodated at every visit. They were always punctual, turning up when they said they were going to arrive and the times of their visits were mutually arranged. Except for three visits, it was always the same two carers (the owner and a family member) so continuity of care was maintained. They were kind, caring, compassionate and understanding of my father-in-law's situation and needs. They showed patience when his was wearing thin. They were always cheerful and had a ready smile. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone in a similar situation to us.

Management and staff are friendly and approachable, they go out of their way to help. They treated my mum with respect and dignity. Her choice and preference was respected. It feels good to see her happy at the care of Glorycrown.

Just want to say thank you for the care and support my father received from Glorycrown. Although it was for a brief moment as it was end of life, the carer treated him with respect and dignity. Exceptional care. Very professional.
