All the carers involved with Mum were excellent. On numerous occasions, they rang me if there was a situation and kept me informed. It was clear all the carers loved their roles caring for people, having patience and calmness when my mum had her dementia moments. I could leave notes and the carers acted on them. Their support alleviated a lot of pressure off me. I will be recommending Winserve. Mum is moving into a care home now as she is no longer able to live independently. Without the carers, this would have happened sooner.

Winserve cared for my late mother, from April 2022 to March 2023. They all treated my mother and family with great respect. I would highly recommend Winserve Care for anyone's sick relatives as they truly are amazing.

The service provided has been excellent. The carers have been very patient with the client. Very supportive and carers have adapted to whatever needs are required on each visit. Personal hygiene has been above and beyond of what the family could have done without support.

My dad is a palliative patient and needed care on discharge from hospital. Winserve has been a fantastic care network for my dad. They are always on time, friendly and really care for him, making sure he is comfortable. Nothing is ever too much and the carers have put a big smile on my dad's face and ours during this difficult time. Thank you to all the carers at Winserve for providing a five-star service.

The carers were excellent in friendliness, discretion, gentleness, thoroughness, compassion, and every other way necessary for a very ill man in a lot of pain. I would recommend this service to anyone and everyone.

All the carers that looked after my dad were amazing. Took all his needs into account when caring for him and looked after him well, chatting with him and making him feel comfortable. I was worried about dad having to have carers due to his illness, but the worries I had soon disappeared and I felt confident he was in safe hands.

We changed care providers for my dad after having poor care from another company. We have found all staff at Winserve to be very caring, professional and respectful. They treated my dad with dignity. Winserve provided 4x daily care to my dad, aged 90, throughout his last few weeks of life, during which he was cared for at home. The carers were, without exception, patient, professional and kind. They dealt with my mum and the rest of the family, who were obviously going through a difficult time, with compassion and good humour. My dad, who required all aspects of personal care, was well looked after, and he was treated with kindness and dignity. The manager was my point of contact. He responded swiftly on the couple of occasions that I needed to speak with him and did what needed to be done. The family were very happy indeed with the service, which made what was always going to be hard time a good deal more bearable.

I cannot recommend highly enough the services of this agency. From day one of visiting Dad, they met his every need and treated him with the utmost care and dignity. Nothing was too much trouble. After a couple of days, they were just like part of our family.

The carers are doing brilliantly helping to make my Dad happy and healthy. Initially, he resisted their visits as he's a very independent person, but now he has a great routine and looks forward to his carers visiting. He loves them all, and they spend time with him often just chatting, but he really loves the interaction. He has a lovely relationship with his regular carers, and he talks about them all the time.

Another member of staff needs recognition for all the hard work, care and attention she gave to my mum and for treating her with respect and dignity in her final months. We will be eternally grateful to her. Thank you.

The care provided for her has always been exceptional, putting her well-being above all else. We received care for a few years from different providers, and never has the care we have received felt more genuine or to such high standards. All the carers are friendly, professional and understanding of my mother's needs I cannot fault the care. I would recommend them to anyone.

All the care providers do an excellent job with Dad. Washing and dressing are done with tact and dignity. The carers have become friends with dad and he is always happy when they call.

A big thank you to the care team at Winserve. All the ladies that came to our home were kind, courteous, supportive and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they respected my husband's feelings and dignity. Also, their care extended to me. After hearing many horror stories about homecare, I must say I could not fault any of my husband's carers in any way whatsoever. I will always feel grateful to the ladies, without their help my husband would have been unable to stay at home, there was no way I could have cared for the last few weeks until he had to go into a hospice. Thank you so much.

The morning carers were lovely and spoke to us and explained what they were doing. Sometimes felt a bit rushed. The other three times in the day, the carers didn't speak at all and I thought it was uncaring. Some of them didn't seem to know the job. The sitting service wasn't good as it was different people every time and I didn't feel comfortable going out - so I cancelled them. More training is needed and more caring.
