Winserve cared for my dad for several months. I was worried about getting carers for my dad but Winserve put me at ease and could not have done any more for my dad. We were so lucky, as was my dad, to have a company full of caring individuals just like Winserve to care for my dad. He looked forward
to seeing them as they cheered him up and always had a laugh and joke with him.

Winserve cared for my Gan-Gan through the last months of his life. I can't recommend them enough. Even though a global pandemic, nothing was ever too much trouble. They put our minds at rest and ensured us my gran-gran was receiving the best possible care just like he deserved. I personally can't put
into words how grateful/thankful I am.

Mum is very reluctant to accept help from outside the family, her carer has taken time and persevered to win Mum over and be accepted. She has taken this slowly to build a relationship with Mum and to get to know Mum. Mum is now allowing her to help and looks forward to her visits. She wants to understand
how Mum is and takes time to interact with her making Mum laugh. Mum's carer is an asset to the organisation. She cannot find anyone suitable to cover her when she is off so has attended every day since August. She is dedicated, reliable and a warm and caring individual.

My father was a very challenging patient and he would have tested the most patient of people. The staff from Winserve Care were amazing. They were always on time, very professional and very caring. When they would come to the house for the night shift, that’s when I could rest and get some sleep. I
would rest easy, knowing I could trust that my father was in good hands. I would recommend them to anyone requiring these type of services for their loved one.

The nurses attending to my mother are brilliant, not just doing the job of helping to wash but interacting with my mother made her feel special. They are kind, supportive and very genuine helpers. They have helped myself, my brother and sister, tremendously. I recommend your services totally.

Since my husband required home carers, your service has been excellent. Every care for him has been given to ensure his dignity remains. He has been kept clean and comfortable. Besides caring for my husband your colleagues have made sure that I have the support and have always answered my questions.
It has also been beneficial that the same carers have visited. They are friendly and approachable. At this sad and difficult time, they have made life that little bit easier. Thank you.

The staff at Winserve were very thorough in determining my husband's needs, likes and dislikes.
We were in a situation when independence was no longer an option but all effort was made to ensure that there was no loss of dignity and my husband was left feeling in control.
All care provided was gentle,
thorough and not rushed.

Our Registered Manager, Amon, has over 10 years of experience working in business and finance and has honed his expertise in managing our care services. His journey showcases his abilities to excel in various project environments, ensuring the smooth delivery of business. He has qualifications in Marketing, Business, and Project Management. From working for charity organisations and education, he is a valuable asset to our organisation.


Amon takes charge of leading our team and promoting a positive work culture. Additionally, he plays a crucial role in maintaining communication with stakeholders, such as service users, families, regulatory bodies, and external agencies.


One of his favourite hobbies is reading, particularly finance books. He is also a keen runner and swimmer, which was demonstrated when he took part in the Manchester Marathon this year, running a total of 25 miles!

Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

With over 30 years of experience working in care, Karen has qualifications in NVQ Level 4 Care Management. She has worked as a care assistant, a deputy manager, a registered manager, to a chief executive, supporting individuals in care homes, supported living, and domiciliary care.


Karen's responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations at Winserve so service users receive seamless and personalised care. She is a strategic problem solver, adept at optimising service delivery processes and making sure staff are equipped to meet the needs of all service users.


Karen loves to socialise and spend time with family and friends. She also really likes to keep fit, participating in off-roading and dancing. On quieter days, she likes to sit down with a good management or psychology book.

He oversees the HR, recruitment, training, and development of our care team. He also makes sure our work environment is supportive and inclusive, ensuring that our staff feel valued and respected.


In his spare time, Alex likes to read Sci-Fi novels and keep up to date with what is happening in the world. He also is a keen exerciser, participating in long-distance running and boxing.
