Winserve Care Services Ltd - Leeds

This was new territory for ourselves, but the Winserve 'Lions of Leeds' care team were first class.

Cannot speak highly enough of the whole team who attended our Mum in the final 17-days of her life, before she passed on the 26th of May.

Thanks to four members of staff for all their best efforts, professionalism and friendliness, whilst undertaking what is definitely not an easy job. One of them even sorted out Mum's cats (Milly's) litter tray on a few occasions!

Would unreservedly recommend Winserve to anyone, without their able assistance, we would have found it very difficult to cope.

So very caring and careful that they didn’t hurt my husband or upset him - they talked to him, even though he couldn’t answer. All the staff were lovely. Everyone was so dedicated they were really good. A huge amount of compassion at such a difficult time. Unfortunately, my husband had been discharged from hospital to spend his final weeks in his own home and I liked the way they asked my husband's permission to touch him and help him even though he couldn’t reply for himself. I cannot thank everyone involved enough, nor recommend their services highly enough.

Winserve have provided care for my father and I cannot thank them enough for what they did. Their care was exceptional and they treated him with respect and dignity and became like a part of our family. I will never forget the carers - my Dad loved each and every one of them. thank you from the bottom of my heart - real life heroes.

We have been very pleased with the professionalism and excellent standard that Winserve Care Services have provided for my Dad as well as the support they have shown to our family. They are always punctual, very polite and courteous and have been there to help and give advice, even outside of normal visiting times. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend their care services to friends and family.

Winserve cared for my dad for several months. I was worried about getting carers for my dad but Winserve put me at ease and could not have done any more for my dad. We were so lucky, as was my dad, to have a company full of caring individuals just like Winserve to care for my dad. He looked forward to seeing them as they cheered him up and always had a laugh and joke with him.

Winserve cared for my Gan-Gan through the last months of his life. I can't recommend them enough. Even though a global pandemic, nothing was ever too much trouble. They put our minds at rest and ensured us my gran-gran was receiving the best possible care just like he deserved. I personally can't put into words how grateful/thankful I am.

Mum is very reluctant to accept help from outside the family, her carer has taken time and persevered to win Mum over and be accepted. She has taken this slowly to build a relationship with Mum and to get to know Mum. Mum is now allowing her to help and looks forward to her visits. She wants to understand how Mum is and takes time to interact with her making Mum laugh. Mum's carer is an asset to the organisation. She cannot find anyone suitable to cover her when she is off so has attended every day since August. She is dedicated, reliable and a warm and caring individual.

Always arrive on time. Very friendly and caring. Always speak to Dad politely and ask him if he would like anything. Could not ask for better staff. Thank you!

The nurses attending to my mother are brilliant, not just doing the job of helping to wash but interacting with my mother made her feel special. They are kind, supportive and very genuine helpers. They have helped myself, my brother and sister, tremendously. I recommend your services totally.

Our carers were very respectful and made us feel confident in Dad's care. They were very approachable.

Since my husband required home carers, your service has been excellent. Every care for him has been given to ensure his dignity remains. He has been kept clean and comfortable.
