Meet the Team (2)

I have been working in adult social care for 15 years, specialising mainly in dementia and mental health. I started this new role in July, and I'm excited to continue my journey.I’ve worked in adult social care for 15 years and have experience across all areas of care — from supporting people with learning disabilities to providing end-of-life care. My main focus has been on dementia and mental health, where I’m passionate about delivering compassionate, person-centred support.
I’m now a qualified Registered Manager with a Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care, and I’m really excited to continue my journey in this role, helping to make a positive difference every day.
Outside of work, I love singing, reading, and going to banger racing events. I’m also a big Formula 1 fan and have a real interest in history.

As Deputy Manager here at Pentacare, I feel that I have joined a great team with an outstanding culture. I have 14 years of experience working in the healthcare and social care sector, from a care worker, team leader, coordinator, up to the senior management level. I believe that helping those around me is fundamentally what I am best at. Through my passion and personal experiences, I feel that I can offer a wide range of knowledge, and I am able to be a mentor to those whom I manage and support. I do my job with passion.
I enjoy long walks and being outdoors with my dog; this helps me relax, and I can reenergise my mind. I like to spend my time helping others when I’m not working, whether I’m assisting friends and neighbours or those close to me.
