My Homecare Bristol provides skilled care workers to support personal care needs, domestic assistance, and wider support services within the person’s home, helping to maintain independence and quality of life. Whether it is short half-hour visits once or twice a week, or more regular support with two, three, four, or five daily visits, the team can adapt to each individual’s needs. For people requiring more complex care and support, two carers will work together to provide safe, compassionate, and reliable assistance.

They also offer a full live-in care service, giving people a realistic and affordable alternative to residential care. An experienced carer can live with the person either on a short-term respite basis or as a long-term arrangement, with additional support from a second live-in carer if required.

Their services cover a wide range of needs, including support for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, dementia, and other complex care requirements. They also provide care within supported living settings, ensuring that people receive the right balance of independence and professional support in a safe, comfortable environment.

All care needs are thoroughly assessed by the experienced manager, with a personalised support plan focused on helping each client live comfortably and confidently while being supported in any aspect of daily living they may find challenging.

Please note more than half of our hourly rate goes to carers, majority of our carers are contracted so they get paid every month fixed rates plus any overtime. We also provide .45p per mile as mileage provide annual leave and pensions and other benefits including fortnight £50 lucky draws etc.


Share of our hourly rates goes to administrative charges and other expenses.

The changeover from NHS carers to NHS paid carers went very well and the current carers are friendly and helpful. Occasionally they are a bit later than their booked time, but parking around here is difficult, so can delay things. My husband is always pleased to see the carers and we both feel we benefit
from their attention.
