Alcedo Care Preston

Alcedo care have been providing care for my father over the last few months. I can't thank the staff enough for the care they have provided & continue to provide. They are attentive to his complex needs and are always happy to help with anything he needs. It is a huge weight lifted off our shoulders knowing he is being so well cared for. Thank you all so much.

Alcedo provide a fantastic service for my daughter. The carers are professional and kind and make my child feel safe in their care. I would recommend Alcedo to those in need of support as they provide a reliable service.

Really happy with the care provided. The carers always include my son in decisions where he goes and he is really happy following the visits.

The staff here are great for my grandma and treat her with respect and kindness which is lovely to see especially as the will be there for the foreseeable. She seems happy to be there. Keep up the good work!

The carers are caring and efficient, they are punctual and treat my husband with respect and dignity during their duties. Nothing is too much trouble and are always polite and caring and treat us both with dignity and respect.

My carer is always friendly and does all the jobs I need help with. My carer does my jobs the way I like them doing. I'm always treated with respect and dignity. If anything comes up i.e. like pop across to the shop, open a window that I can't - the carer will do it for me. If I need a meal, the carer is always happy to do this for me. I like the way my carer can see things that need doing that I hadn't seen. They will do this without question. I enjoy my chats on visits.

My aunt has been really happy with the care from all the carers and the management of the office team. They have given our family a great sense of peace of mind. They genuinely care and go over and above the expected. Highly recommend!

The carers always do as I ask without a second thought. I couldn't speak highly enough of everyone. Four members of staff in particular all go above and beyond. They always take the time to chat and have a laugh with me. Three other particular members of staff are always at the other end of the phone.

Initial problems - to get to the correct hours needed at critical times, the biggest problem was getting through to the local county council (up to 1-hour wait on telephone) otherwise, the service given was good. In some cases, over and beyond the call of duty, for this we are very grateful.

My nan recently started with this company. They were so professional from the assessment to the care she is receiving. I don't have to worry as much now as I know they are a phone call away. The carer went above and beyond making an extra fuss on my nan's birthday which we all appreciated, thank you.

I have been with Alcedo Care Preston for over 2 years. The carers are brilliant, caring and very professional, nothing is to much trouble for them. My regular carers are like family and I could not live with out them. I have been with other companies in the past and I can say Alcedo are one of the best out there. I would recommend them.

Alcedo Care is a very good care agency. The staff are very professional at all times. Always neat and tidy and wearing PPE. They are always efficient and sensitive to my needs. The office staff always answer any queries I may have quickly.
