Forever Care carers are very friendly and good at their job. The care I have is excellent I cannot fault the overall care and support experience I am receiving. Always have a laugh and a joke which makes my day. Also, they are very pleasant.

My dad has been having this care company for 11 months now, the carers are very pleasant and caring and we work together very well. Any issues are sorted, I must add I have only had to ring the office once in 11 months and that was because my carer changed, and after speaking to the office my needs were put right back to my preferred carer. I find them very patient with working with dementia. Would highly recommend them.

When my mother became suddenly more confused a couple of days ago, the carer and the office were quick to communicate with me to advise me what had been happening. This has always been the case and even when difficult situations have occurred with my mother, the carers have remained professional and supportive. One of the carers in particular, has developed a very good rapport with my mother and this has been extremely valuable. The carers have also taken on extra duties on occasions when my husband and I have been on holiday, meaning we’ve been able to enjoy our holiday safe in the knowledge that my mother is being cared for. My mother is sometimes very demanding due to her mental health. The support not just to her but to myself is certainly over and above what I expected. I would unreservedly recommend Forever Care (Walsall) to anyone.

I am pleased to say that I am happy with the care that I am receiving and the staff members are golden and respectful. They so as they are told and fulfill all of my partner's needs and wants. I would recommend the company to my friends and family as the staff are brilliant and complete all tasks.

Carers always seem to take a genuine interest in my mother-in-law. She is always pleased to see them. Nothing is too much trouble. The relationship they have with her is of a caring nature.

I have been a customer of yours for quite some time now and may I say how pleased I am with the service you have provided for me. The girls are always very caring and always have a ready smile for me. The service they provide is second to none and I would be devastated if I had to lose any one of them. My carers from Forever Care are really good. Nothing is too much for them. They call on me four times a day, double-handed. They are very polite, and always take care in seeing to me. They wash and dress me. You can have a joke with them. The manager of the company is very helpful and always there to help.

My mother is in late-stage dementia and following a nasty fall and spending 9 weeks in hospital, she was put on end of life care and returned home. Forever Care, Walsall, provided 2 carers visiting 4 times a day to help with my mom’s personal care. This has not been easy due to my mother’s aggression and constantly fighting off the carers (and family). In fact, it has been very stressful. I cannot fault Forever Care - who have remained professional throughout, whilst as a family, we have been mortified by mom’s behaviour. The carers are patient, professional, understanding and very kind to my mom. They always turned up - were polite and over time began to get to know our family. Having carers in your home is a big decision and I can’t fault the carers we had. As a job role, carers deserve more credit and really have been heroes in our home. Thank you.

My father is currently receiving a care package due to his terminal illness and I would like to say that we are truly grateful for the most wonderful care we are receiving from the wonderful people of Forever Care (Walsall) Ltd. I cannot fault any of them but I would highly recommend our regular carers. We have been blessed to have these very thoughtful and caring people in our lives and to make my father's time he has left comfortable and very personable. We would not be able to get through these difficult times without them. Anyone considering a care package for the future, I would not hesitate to use this service. I have been very pleased with both the overall care and also the care worker who is professional and caring with looking after my requirements. They show me both kindness and dignity with nothing being too much trouble. I am very happy with this care provider.
